15 Things Conservatives Say Democrats’ Election Bill Would Do

by Rachel del Guidice

{} ~ House Democrats tentatively have set a vote this week on election legislation that conservatives say would inhibit states’ powers to set qualifications for voters… remove safeguards on voter registration rolls, and undermine the integrity of elections. “HR 1 is one of the worst bills introduced in Congress in recent memory,” Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said, referring to the number of the House’s first bill of the new session. “Many parts of it are unconstitutional and it is full of bad and unwise provisions that will restrict free speech and grassroots political activity, as well as hamper the ability of state government to ensure the security and integrity of the election process,” von Spakovsky told The Daily Signal in an email. In Jan. 29 testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, von Spakovsky called House Speaker Nancy Pulosi’s priority legislation, dubbed the “For the People Act,” an “attempt to federalize and micromanage the election process and impose unnecessary, unwise, and in some cases unconstitutional mandates on the states.”… It’ll be a sad day in America if this bill passes.

Blue States Band Together in Open Attack on Constitution: Aim To Completely Destroy Electoral College

by Benjamin Arie

{} ~ Voices should be heard even if they aren’t able to scream the loudest. Liberals claim to believe in “equality” and standing up for the “little guy” in the face of bullies… but a movement gaining steam in blue states is putting that in doubt. Frustrated that they didn’t win in 2016, the left has a new plan: Sidestep the Constitution and effectively get rid of the Electoral College. Colorado is the latest state to jump on board. Last week, Democratic Gov. Jared Polis announced that he would sign a bill which basically re-writes the electoral process, and could pave the way to letting big cities dominate every future presidential election. The liberal called the Electoral College an “undemocratic relic,” apparently believing that he knows better than the Founding Fathers. “I’ve long supported electing the president by who gets the most votes,” Polis declared on Feb. 24, according to The Hill. That plan would force Colorado’s electors — the people who actually cast the official votes for president — to side with whichever candidate wins the national popular vote, no matter what. By changing the regulations at the state level but still using puppet electors, liberals would avoid amending the Constitution to get their way. “It’s a way to move towards direct election of the president,” Polis said. At first glance, it’s no big deal. Democracy means that people vote and the person with the most votes wins, right?… This change has not been voted by a 2/3 vote in congress to make changes to the U.S.constitution.

Attorney General Barr won’t recuse himself from dirty cop-Mueller investigation

by Diana Stancy Correll

{} ~ Attorney General William Barr will not recuse himself from special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s ongoing Russia investigation.,, “Following General Barr’s confirmation, senior career ethics officials advised that General Barr should not recuse himself from the Special Counsel’s investigation,” Justice Department spokesperson Kerri Kupec said in a statement to the Washington Examiner. “Consistent with that advice, General Barr has decided not to recuse.” Barr, who was confirmed last month, attracted scrutiny from Democrats due to a 19-page memo he wrote last June that outlined why he thought President Trump didn’t obstruct justice when he ousted former FBI Director scumbag-James Comey in 2017. The memo argued it was “fatally misconceived” to probe obstruction of justice charges against Trump and said “dirty cop-Mueller should not be permitted to demand that the President submit to interrogation about alleged obstruction.” Meanwhile, some conservatives expressed concern over Barr’s relationship with dirty cop-Mueller. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said he was caught off guard when he was informed dirty cop-Mueller was a guest at Barr’s daughters’ weddings and that their wives are involved in the same Bible study. Barr did not commit to recusing himself from the Russia investigation in light of the backlash and instead said he would confer with ethics officials. dirty cop-Mueller is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin. He is also looking at whether Trump obstructed justice by firing scumbag-Comey. Trump has repeatedly denounced the investigation and called it a “witch hunt.”…

Ilhan Omar & scumbag-Keith Ellison Caught Encouraging Voter Fraud, “Vote Twice”

by Newly obtained social media posts from the accounts of Ilhan Omar, who is currently serving as a Congresswoman for Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, reveals that she and scumbag-Keith Ellison… who currently serves as Minnesota’s Attorney General, championed voter fraud by encouraging people in Minnesota to “Vote Twice”. Omar, who is a self proclaimed refugee from Somalia, represents an immigrant heavy district that now holds the title as the number one terrorist recruitment state in the United States. According to the FBI, “more men and boys from a Somali American community in Minneapolis have joined – or attempted to join – a foreign terrorist organization over the last 12 years than any other jurisdiction in the country.” Due to the heavy Islamic influence in Minnesota, a direct result of the Democrat’s pro-immigration policies that have allowed for the importation of hundreds of thousands of refugees to be resettled in Minnesota, Omar’s district has become a popular destination for ISIS terrorists and illegal aliens who wish to undermine the safety and integrity of the American political system. In a picture posted on her Instagram on October 21, 2012, Omar is seen wearing an hijab while holding a banner that says, “Be nice, VOTE NO Twice. WE don’t need Voter ID.” scumbag-Keith Ellison is standing directly next to her in the same picture.Omar and scumbag-Ellison’s calls to ban voter identification laws, along with their demands for people in Minnesota to “vote twice” is proof that they do not respect voter laws, and are eager to help themselves and other Muslim Democrats win elections through mass voter fraud. One of the main reasons why voter ID is necessary is to prove that those who vote are legal US citizens… Why do people continue to fall for these illegal acts. Don’t they have a brain of their own.

Two Seasoned Lawyers Join House Panel’s Trump Investigation

by Billy House

{} ~ The House Judiciary Committee — a panel at the forefront of efforts to investigate President Donald Trump… has signed up two prominent lawyers with expertise in government ethics and white-collar crime. Chairman scumbag-liar Jerrold Nadler said Tuesday that Norm Eisen, a vocal Trump critic, and Barry Berke will serve as “consulting counsels” to the panel. Committees are gearing up multiple investigations of the Trump administration now that Democrats control the House, and the Judiciary panel attracts extra attention because it would play a leading role if there’s any move to impeach the president. scumbag-liar Nadler, a New York Democrat, said Eisen and Berke will focus on issues tied to Special Counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and any collusion with people close to Trump and other matters related to the Justice Department… Waste of tax money.

Trump and Pence Speak at CPAC

by Political Editors: This past week, conservatives gathered for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference or CPAC. This year, both President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence addressed the assembly, and both did so in stirring fashion. Here are some of their more memorable comments from their speeches.

Pence speaking on Friday:

As I stand before you today, the American economy is booming. In just over two years, businesses large and small have created 5.3 million new jobs, including over 480,000 good-paying manufacturing jobs. … Unemployment has hit a 50-year low…

You know, the freedom of religion is not just enshrined in our Constitution; it’s enshrined in the hearts of the American people. But make no mistake about it: Freedom of religion is under attack in our country. … Under this president and this administration, we will always stand with people of faith…

And as we reflect on our God-given liberties, I got to tell you, I couldn’t be more proud to serve as vice president to the most pro-life president in American history.

Since the first days of this administration, President Donald Trump has stood without apology for the sanctity of human life. In one of his very first acts, the president reinstated the Mexico City Policy, preventing taxpayer dollars from funding abortion or abortion providers around the world.

And here at home, President Trump signed a law to allow all 50 states to defund Planned Parenthood. Life is winning in America once again.

On Saturday, Trump addressed the CPAC crowd, giving a 72-minute speech that laid out his “America First” agenda. It was classic Trump. At one point he noted, “I’m totally off script right now. And this is how I got elected — by being off script.” Here are a few excerpts:

Our movement and our future in our country is unlimited. I think we’re going to do even better in 2020.

We’re reclaiming our nation’s priceless heritage.

No planes. No energy. When the wind stops blowing, that’s the end of your electric. [The Green New Deal] would force the destruction or renovation of virtually every structure in the United States. Perhaps nothing is more extreme than the Democrat plan to take over American energy.

Democratic lawmakers are now embracing socialism. They want to replace individual rights with total government domination. Socialism is not about the environment. It’s not about justice. It’s not about virtue. Socialism is about only one thing — it’s called power for the ruling class.

The future does not belong to those who believe in socialism. The future belongs to those who believe in freedom. I have said it before, and I will say it again: America will never be a socialist country.

We need an immigration policy where people coming in will love our country and love our fellow citizens. And this includes shutting down sanctuary cities.

I just returned from Vietnam, where I had very productive meetings with Kim Jong-un. I had to walk. Because every once in a while you have to walk. The deal wasn’t a deal that was acceptable to me.

Both men did a solid job of representing conservatism to the next generation. And heaven knows the next generation needs it. ~The Patriot Post
