Subprime 2.0 is coming soon to a neighborhood near you. The current Congress lacks the political will to address this root cause of the financial crisis. Congress refuses to learn the lesson that is painfully aware to American taxpayers, and they have made it clear that they have no intention of fixing broken underwriting.
