As scumbag/liar-nObamacare Premiums Continue to Rise, Time to Look at Real Health Care Solutions

by Robert Moffit

{dailysignal.com} ~ scumbag/liar-nObamacare has wreaked havoc on America’s individual and small group health insurance markets… For the last four years, while lavish taxpayer subsidies insulated low-income people from soaring premiums and deductibles, millions of middle-class Americans in the individual Affordable Care Act coverage markets felt both blasts. At the same time, they lost their old plans and found fewer options available. They also found that, despite repeated assurances, they could not “keep their doctors.” How bad is it? From 2013 to 2017, premiums more than doubled. This year, average premiums for standard scumbag/liar-nObamacare plans shot up by a third. Deductibles now average $8,292 for “standard plan” family coverage, and $11,555 for the lowest cost “bronze” plans. For millions, it’s like paying a second mortgage. Consumer choice is another casualty. In more than half of all U.S. counties, only one plan is available, and 73 percent of all scumbag/liar-nObamacare plans have narrow provider networks, reducing patient access to doctors and medical specialists. With coverage so unattractive and unaffordable, fewer people are buying. Only 10.6 million Americans enrolled in the individual exchanges this year, well short of the 24 million projected when Congress enacted scumbag/liar-nObamacare…  https://www.dailysignal.com/2018/09/28/as-obamacare-premiums-continue-to-rise-time-to-look-at-real-health-care-solutions/?mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiTW1RME5qSmhaR0ppWmpZeiIsInQiOiJpWE1DSkRJYmxQRzhNMzJXS2t2SEZzbzc2MVZwMDllbnh1VG01WWhcL2RobWorYkFVMkZ6VEdyVGFSQmdLSkZlZU5HcFp0WGVoKzl2STNiMFcrYm9xVElyMzNxY1VlVkVWdlpRa3lpWVVLZnZ4M3ZRTUZ3dGJ6WndcL1FWWXhGT1JsIn0%3D

Judge Warms scumbag/liar-nObama Sex-Case Standards Unconstitutional

by wnd.com

{wnd.com} ~ When Barack scumbag/liar-nObama was president, his administration pushed for universities to use the “preponderance of evidence” standard in student disciplinary proceedings… including for life-altering claims of sexual assault. The standard — meaning it’s more likely than not that an incident occurred — falls short of the standard in court of “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Now a judge in New Mexico is warning colleges and universities that the “preponderance” standard may be unconstitutional. The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education documented the decision by Judge James Browning. He ruled that while university administrators sued by a student have qualified immunity, there are other problems with the case. For example, he said the allegations of the student, identified only as J. Lee, “plausibly support a finding that his sexual misconduct investigation resolved into a problem of credibility such that a formal or evidentiary hearing, to include the cross-examination of witnesses and presentation of evidence in his defense, is essential to basic fairness.” The judge said “preponderance of the evidence is not the proper standard for disciplinary investigations such as the one that led to Lee’s expulsion, given the significant consequences of having a permanent notation such as the one UNM placed on Lee’s transcript.”…  https://www.wnd.com/2018/09/judge-warns-obama-sex-case-standards-unconstitutional/

Who Needs Feminism?

by Andrew Klavan

{prageru.com} ~ There’s no easier way for a public figure to evoke the media’s fury than to announce he’s not a feminist… But in this video Andrew Klavan, best-selling author and host of The Andrew Klavan Show announces he’s proudly anti-feminist. No, Klavan doesn’t “hate women,” he just hates that modern feminism has bullied us all into accepting the obvious and harmful lie that men and women are more or less the same.  https://www.prageru.com/videos/who-needs-feminism

Woman Who Partied with Georgetown Prep Denies Gang-Rape Narrative

by Jack Davis

{westernjournal.com} ~ Sensational allegations that linked Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to the gang-rapes of young women who attended parties… during Kavanaugh’s high school years are pure fiction, according to a woman who says she attended those parties. Earlier this week, Julie Swetnick came forward to claim that she attended several parties Kavanaugh attended during which intoxicated women were gang-raped. Kavanaugh vehemently denied the accusations on Thursday during a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. “The Swetnick thing is a joke. That is a farce,” Kavanaugh said. Swetnick’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, has demanded an investigation into his claims that Kavanaugh and Kavanaugh’s high school friend Mark Judge played a lead role in those sexual assaults, The Washington Times reported. “I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room,” Swetnick wrote in describing an assault she said took place in 1982, according to the Los Angeles Times. “I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking,” she said…  https://www.westernjournal.com/woman-partied-georgetown-prep-denies-gang-rape-narrative/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=libertyalliance&utm_campaign=dailyam&utm_content=libertyalliance

Moscow On US Idea To Block Russian Trade: Naval Blockade Would Mean ‘War’

{freedomoutpost.com} ~ BIn a new report, United States Internal Secretary Ryan Zinke suggested the US could use the navy to block Russian energy from hitting Middle East markets… But the head of the Russian Senate’s Information Policy Committee, Aleksey Pushkov, said that act would mean “war” with the US. Zinke appeared to be concerned that the real reason behind Russia’s involvement in Syria is trade expansion. Pushokov said that that is “absolute nonsense,” according to Russia Today. The idea that Russia could potentially supply energy to the Middle East, which is literally “oozing with oil,” is absolutely detached from reality, Pushkov said. Russia does not supply any energy to the region, which is itself a major oil exporter and has never announced any plans to do so. The Russian senator added that Zinke’s statement is “on par” with Sarah Palin’s claim that she was qualified to talk about Russia since “they’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia here from Alaska.” The former Alaska governor made the statement in an interview when she was the Republican vice-presidential candidate in the 2008 US election. -RT Attempts to exert further pressure on Russia “are not going to end in anything good,” a member of the Russian Senate’s Defense and Security Committee, Franz Klintsevich, told journalists, according to RT. Klintsevich added that these attempts would lead “to a major scandal” at the very least, and Washington “should clearly understand it.”…  https://freedomoutpost.com/moscow-on-us-idea-to-block-russian-trade-naval-blockade-would-mean-war/

Cotton: Investigate Dems for Leaking Ford Letter

by Thomas Gallatin: After Thursday’s emotional roller coaster of testimonies from both Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser Christine Blasey Ford, it appeared that the Republican-controlled Senate Judiciary Committee was finally on the brink of sending Kavanaugh to the full Senate floor for a final vote. In fact, early Friday morning, Sen. rino-Jeff Flake (R-AZ), the lone Republican holdout on the committee, stated that he planned to give Kavanaugh the green light. And yet right before the committee voted, Flake threw a curve ball by siding with dummycrats-Democrats in conditioning his “yes” vote on completing yet another FBI investigation into Kavanaugh before the full Senate vote. The aptly named Flake later explained that his waffling came after being accosted by a raging feminist protester. He said he believed that the hearings were “tearing the country apart” and that an FBI investigation would somehow help matters.

Right. And as Ben Shapiro sarcastically notes, “Nothing brings the country together like FBI investigations.”

Ironically, rino-Flake acknowledged Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes” that if he were running for reelection there’s “not a chance” that he would have called for the FBI investigation. So he willingly gave into Sen. Dianne Fein-stein’s (D-CA) and the dummycrats-Democrats’ politically orchestrated smear-job on Kavanaugh because he’s tired of the partisan nature of politics? With Republicans like this who needs dummycrats-Democrats?

Meanwhile, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) announced that Fein-stein’s office would be investigated for leaking Ford’s confidential letter to the press. Cotton explained, “[dummycrats-Democrats] have betrayed [Ford]. She has been victimized by dummycrats-Democrats … on a search-and-destroy mission for Brett Kavanaugh.” Seemingly confirming Republicans’ suspicion that dummycrats-Democrats were responsible for leaking Ford’s letter, Sen. scumbag-Mazie Hirono (D-HI) dodged a direct question on the matter from ABC’s George “liar-Clintonista” Stephanopoulos, asserting, “All of these things do not focus on what we should be focusing on, which is the credibility of Judge Kavanaugh.” But the suddenly stalwart Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) would have none of the dummycrats-Democrats’ obfuscation, stating flatly, “I’m going to get to the bottom of it.”

Finally, President Donald Trump called out the dummycrats-Democrats for their grotesque politicization of the Kavanaugh hearings, declaring, “Wow! Just starting to hear the dummycrats-Democrats, who are only thinking Obstruct and Delay, are starting to put out the word that the ‘time’ and ‘scope’ of FBI looking into Judge Kavanaugh and witnesses is not enough. Hello! For them, it will never be enough!”
