McCarthy defeats Jordan for House minority leader, as Liz Cheney joins GOP leadership

by Andrew O’Reilly

{} ~ Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., beat back a challenge from dark horse candidate, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio… on Wednesday for the role of House minority leader, with Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., nabbing the title of GOP conference chairman. During a closed-door session with House Republicans, the California lawmaker took a decisive victory against Jordan, bringing in 159 votes to the Ohio representative’s 43 votes. McCarthy was initially elected to the House in 2006 and has served as the House majority leader since 2014. Jordan is a prominent member of the House Freedom Caucus and an ally of President Trump. McCarthy “knows what he needs to do,” said GOP Whip Steve Scalise, the Louisiana Republican who was gravely wounded in last year’s congressional baseball practice shooting. On Tuesday, Scalise unanimously won re-election to the No. 2 spot as whip…

Federal Prosecutors Investigating ‘Altered’ Election Documents Tied to Florida Democrats

by Jim E

{} ~ Federal prosecutors are reportedly looking into “altered” election documents tied to Florida Democrats… a move that is lending legitimacy to the notion that there is election tampering going on in Florida. The midterm elections for both U.S. Senate and the Florida governorship are still hotly contested. The results were so close, the Florida Secretary of State has ordered a mandatory recount in both races: Currently, Rep. Ron DeSantis is the assumed winner of the Florida governorship, beating out socialist-Andrew Gillum, while current Governor Rick Scott has, as of right now, beaten incumbent Senator scumbag-Bill Nelson. Much of the controversy stemming out of Florida comes from one county: Broward. Election officials in Broward County are notoriously sloppy and inept at their jobs. Brenda Snipes, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, has a nasty history of ballot-destruction and tampering. In recent days, more questionable activity has been found in Broward County, leading to speculation that Snipes and her Democrat cronies are trying to rig the process. President Trump has already directed federal law enforcement to look into any fraud or discrepancies in the recounting process…

Judge could put the squeeze on scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton for testimony on emails

by Daniel Chaitin

{} ~ A conservative watchdog group seeking to compel testimony from scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton will get a hearing in federal court on the matter Wednesday afternoon… Judicial Watch announced Tuesday that U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan will hear the case, which stems from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit regarding the controversial employment status of longtime scumbag/liar-Clinton aide Huma Abedin, who was granted a “special government employee” designation to accept outside employment while she was working at the State Department. scumbag/liar-Clinton submitted written testimony under oath in October 2016, but Judicial Watch took issue with her answering that she “does not recall” for multiple questions regarding her scumbag/, email system. Judicial Watch also wants to force testimony from John Bentel, the State Department’s former director of information resource management of the executive secretariat, who asserted his right under the Fifth Amendment and did not answer deposition questions. The watchdog group’s motion additionally seeks to make public audiovisual recordings of the depositions from top scumbag/liar-Clinton aides and State Department officials, including Abedin and Cheryl Mills. scumbag/liar-Clinton’s use of an unauthorized private email server to handle government business during her time as secretary of state has been the subject to a great deal of controversy. An FBI investigation into her emails in 2016 ended with the agency declining to recommend criminal charges against anyone involved with scumbag/liar-Clinton’s private email network, even after finding that scumbag/liar-Clinton’s team was “extremely careless” in handling classified information…

Ginsburg’s Cancer RETURNS, Justice to Retire in January Law Clerk Confirms

{} ~ Law clerk spoke privately to reporters about the real state of Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s, health and reports looming retirement… The reporter claims to have spoken privately with the law clerk who confirmed that a type of skin cancer has returned out of remission. The sources went on to say that Ginsburg has spoken to her colleagues about retiring in January. What I find concerning about this story is the lack of coverage has made it impossible to find out more details until new information is released. However, if this is true, Trump will be given yet another seat to nominate a candidate of his choice into the Supreme Court. According to The Santa Monica Observer, “Ginsburg has had a re-occurrence of malignant melanoma, she has told her law clerks. Ginsburg was treated in 1999 for colon cancer and had surgery in 2009 for pancreatic cancer. She has told key Democratic members of the Senate about her medical condition, including a ranking Democratic member of the Judiciary Committee Dianne Fein-stein. This explains in part the “take no prisoners” attitude of the Democrats during the Kavanaugh nomination, carefully orchestrating weak 37-year-old allegations against Kavanaugh by Women he barely remembers knowing in High School and College…,%20Justice%20to%20Retire%20in%20January%20Law%20Clerk%20Confirms%20[Video]

Now a witness charges dirty cop-Mueller’s team with conflict of interest

{} ~ Another conflict-of-interest charge was leveled against special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s team when a witness pointed out Tuesday… the special counsel lawyer questioning her represented scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton and the scumbag/liar-Clinton Foundation only a short time ago. Now, the former scumbag/liar-Clinton lawyer is questioning witnesses regarding possible links to the Trump campaign that defeated scumbag/liar-Clinton in the 2016 election. Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller reports an associate of onetime Trump adviser Roger Stone called out prosecutor Jeannie Rhee for her recent connections to the twice-failed Democratic presidential hopeful. “The prosecutor, Jeannie Rhee, has questioned witnesses about Roger Stone, the Trump confidant who is one of the targets of the investigation, numerous sources tell The Daily Caller News Foundation. Rhee questioned Tyler Nixon, an attorney for Stone, just before his grand jury appearance on Nov. 2,” the report said. “Rhee’s involvement was not disclosed to me prior to my testimony, and I find this to be deeply troubling and certainly Ms. Rhee should be recused or removed from the investigation,” Nixon told the Daily Caller.

Hate Crimes’ and Demo Demonization of ‘Racist’ GOP

by Nate Jackson: “Most Democrats see Republicans as racist, sexist,” blared the headline to a new Axios poll. An astounding 61% of Democrats view their Republican counterparts in this very negative light. (Frankly, we’re surprised it’s only 61%.) Other adjectives that a substantial number of Americans use to describe people of the other party include greedy, corrupt, ignorant, spiteful, and evil.

Granted, this wasn’t a reliably scientific poll and we don’t bring it up because the results are airtight. But they certainly do affirm what we’ve long warned: Heated political rhetoric has consequences, and primarily it’s being driven by the Democrat/Leftmedia complex.

These leftist leaders insist 24/7 that everything Republicans say, think, or do is racist. We’re even told that hiring people based on merit is racist. Notably, it is Republicans who fight for school choice for minorities stuck in failing inner-city schools, In some areas, minorities are noticing; in others, not so much. And it’s Republicans, not Democrats, who are lifting minorities out of poverty. Blacks in particular are thriving under President Donald Trump.

Nevertheless, just before the midterms, Sen. commie-Bernie Sanders declared Trump “the most racist, sexist, homophobic, bigoted president in history.” Is it any wonder that rank-and-file Democrat voters believe what they’re hearing?

Kim Hart of Axios explains the problem with that: “If Americans are this convinced that the other side isn’t just wrong, but dumb and evil, they’ll never be able to find enough common ground to solve real problems. And they’re more likely to elect leaders who can’t do it, either.” As we explained before Thanksgiving 2016, leftist demonization of half the country is why Trump won, though, granted, he wasn’t elected to “find common ground.”

In related news, the FBI reports that 2017 saw a 17% increase in reported “hate crimes,” including a 37% spike in crimes targeting Jews. The Washington Post reports, “Of the more than 7,000 hate crime incidents in 2017, more than 4,000 were crimes against people, ranging from threats and intimidation to assault [and] murder. More than 3,000 were crimes against property, ranging from vandalism to robbery to arson.”

A few observations: First, this increase is fueled largely by more cities and law-enforcement agencies reporting a category called “hate crimes” — as in 1,000 additional sources nationwide. Second, we’ve long questioned the very category of “hate crimes” because it’s so subjective and because it motivates people in favored victim groups to report crimes that didn’t actually happen — a fad of hate-crime hoaxes. Third, the increase of anti-Semitic sentiments in the country is driven by Democrats and by so-called “alt-right” racists who are all “alt” and no “right.”

Finally — and the reason this relates to the poll where we began — is that leftists blame Trump. The leftist, hate-hustling Southern Poverty Law Center certainly does, and the Leftmedia takes its cues about “hate” from these supposedly unbiased propagandists. Moreover, writes Vox’s German Lopez, “The [FBI] report covers the first year of President Donald Trump’s time in the White House, and he’s been repeatedly criticized, from his campaign to his presidential statements and tweets, of stoking racist sentiment, particularly against immigrants and refugees.”

If “hate crimes” are “rising,” all the better to solidify that blame-Trump narrative and to further divide the country by vilifying all the “deplorables” on the Right. The predictable result is polls showing that everyday Democrat voters view their Republican counterparts as evil racists. ~The Patriot Post
