Flynn Filing Shows Mueller Team Manipulated Transcript in Report

by sundance

{ } ~ In the Michael Flynn sentencing phase Judge Emmet Sullivan requested the Mueller prosecution team provide records related to the case… Among other evidence, the judge ordered the government to file on the public docket “the transcript of the voicemail recording” from President Trump’s attorney John Dowd to Michael Flynn. The transcript of that voicemail recording was cited in the Mueller report as evidence that team Trump was trying to obstruct justice by shaping witness testimony. Today, the Mueller team released the transcript of the call. However, as originally noticed by Rosie Memos the released transcript clearly shows the Mueller team selectively edited the transcript to weaponized their portrayal of the contact. Compare the actual transcript to the Mueller Report. Notice how Mueller leaves out the context of the call, and the important qualifier: “without you having to give up any confidential information.” Clearly Dowd does not want to interfere in Flynn’s cooperation with the special counsel, which is opposite to the twisted claim presented by Weissmann and Mueller’s report…

After attorney Techno Fog shared the new information with Mr. Dowd, Trump’s former attorney provided the following reply:

Barack scumbag/liar-nObama told brazen lies to Brazilians about his favorite target

by S.Noble

{ } ~ Barack scumbag/liar-nObama lied through his teeth during his speech in Sao Paula, Brazil on Wednesday… He told the adoring crowd that “Anybody can buy any weapon any time — without much, if any, regulation. They can buy it over the Internet, they can buy machine guns. scumbag/liar-nObama knows it’s illegal to buy or own a machine gun and he knows not everyone can buy a gun. His gun speech is about disarming the populace. scumbag/liar-nObama only wants elites to have guns. The rest of us serfs can’t have any means of self-defense. What makes this all the more ironic is the fact that he also talked about how ethical he is. The deceitful former president told an audience in Brazil that his two-term White House administration showed power does not necessarily have to corrupt those who wield it, alluding to Lord Acton’s famous quote: “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” “Nobody was jailed. We made mistakes. We were not perfect. But we maintained integrity and we were able to show that it is possible to achieve great power without corruption,” scumbag/liar-nObama said of his own administration, reported the Brazilian edition of El Pais. scumbag/liar-nObama was a media creation and they protected him when he lied, cheated, and pushed Marxism. His administration was corrupt. Here are a few memorable scandals…

scumbag-Adam Schiff Demands Authority Over Executive Branch Declassification, and Advanced Warning of Investigative Content

by sundance

{ } ~ Oh, this is rich…. Shifty and hyper-partisan scumbag-Adam Schiff, quite possibly the world’s slimiest human, writes a letter to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats… demanding legislative branch authority over executive branch declassification. The scale of obtuse, hypocritical and self-serving protestation is off-the-charts. First, the executive branch controls the declassification process unilaterally. The legislative branch can request briefings; and customarily the executive informs the ‘gang of eight’ when needed on matters of intelligence releases. However, the legislative branch has no authority over the independent decisions/purposes of the executive in that regard. Second, scumbag-Shiff-for-brains, claims the Declassification Directive is inappropriate because President Trump has empowered the U.S. Attorney General with discretionary decision-making; while scumbag-Schiff simultaneously avoids/manipulates the inherent conflict avoided by President Trump in granting discretionary decision-making authority to the AG. In material fact, President Trump is likely the target/victim of the underlying extra-constitutional and corrupt overreach by a seditious “small group” within the FBI, DOJ and intelligence community; and as a consequence prudence would dictate the abdication of declassification decision to the investigative agency, that’s Barr. If Trump didn’t grant AG Barr the unilateral decision-making authority, the same scumbag-Adam Schiff would start shouting that President Trump carried a conflict. Also, scumbag-Schiff knows this – he’s playing politics. Additionally, scumbag-Schiff is demanding advanced notice of the material as it is discovered and declassified…. AND advanced notification for all of the underlying investigative documents that may be part of the ongoing DOJ investigations of seditious activity. Yes, he demands a ‘heads-up’ on anything adverse to his political interests…

Judge Frees Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher over prosecutorial misdeeds

by Eddie Gallagher accused of murder in the death of an Islamic State prisoner and two civilian Islamists was freed by a judge Thursday… who cited interference by the prosecutors. His wife cried and the courtroom gasped. He is one of the men under consideration for a pardon by President Trump. Trump previously got Gallagher removed from the brig and transferred to better custody conditions at a Navy hospital. Lawyers for Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher presented evidence to get the case dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct. The judge has not ruled yet on whether to throw out the case or remove prosecutors for launching an unusual effort to track emails sent to defense lawyers and a journalist to find the source of news leaks in the politically charged case. That hearing continues Friday. Judge, Capt. Aaron Rugh, also said Gallagher’s 6th Amendment rights have been violated and prosecutors interfered with his right to counsel. Defense attorney Tim Parlatore had accused prosecutors of a “rogue, relentless, and unlawful cyber campaign” and prosecutors hired a Navy intelligence expert to do a criminal background check on the civilian lawyers. Gallagher, a highly decorated Navy SEAL has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of an injured teenage militant in Iraq in 2017 and not guilty to attempted murder for allegedly picking off civilians from a sniper’s perch. He had his picture taken near one of the dead. But the central question in Gallagher’s case is whether he and other SEALs rendered first aid to the wounded Islamic State fighter or if they executed him. Gallagher served for twenty years and eight combat tours. He suffers from multiple head injuries…

We Give $300 Million Annually to UN Agency That Is Attacking Capitalism

by S.Noble

{ } ~ The World Health Organization, an agency of the dictator’s club, the UN, has created a new “occupational phenomenon” which strikes at the heart of capitalism… It is called “burnout syndrome.” The communists/socialists/ globalists running the WHO conjured up a new medical problem — workplace stress. While it hasn’t yet been classified a medical disease, it’s almost there and the goal is a bit sinister. The taking up of this “phenomenon” by WHO is not aimed at the slave labor in China or other areas of the world or the world’s warlords, it’s directed toward the West, and more specifically, capitalism. They included burnout in the previous version of WHO’s disease handbook, the ICD-10, and claim it is characterized by “feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one’s job; and reduced professional efficacy.” It is simply a “state of vital exhaustion,” Tarik Jasarevic, a spokesperson for WHO, wrote in an email to NPR. Why blame it on the job and not the person’s mental condition or lack of success? Why use it to attack the West when China and North Korea actually have slaves and serfs. They want workers to believe they are worked too hard and it’s the fault of owners and bosses in business. WHO’s motive with Burnout Syndrome is to blame capitalist employers and the “oppressive” capitalist workplace for birthing a disease which is “afflicting” the workers in Western cultures. “The WHO has become obsessed with western lifestyles at the expense of more serious health matters in the developing world”, says economist Chris Snowden. The message WHO wants to send to burnout “victims” is, “It’s not your fault, American citizens. Your bosses are overworking you and they’re making you sick. You’re being taken advantage of.”…

The Real Constitutional Crisis: Unaccountable Bureaucracy

Arnold Ahlert: For the last few weeks, the lemming-like Democrat/Media Complex has been promoting the highly coordinated message that America is in the midst of a “constitutional crisis.” They’re right on the mark, but due to their reflexive hatred of Donald Trump, they’ve picked the wrong target. It isn’t the president who threatens the Constitution. It’s a cadre of unelected, unaccountable, insulated bureaucrats who not only threaten it but have actively trampled it — for years.

An investigation conducted by the Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF), a nonprofit legal organization “that defends Americans’ liberties when threatened by government overreach and abuse,” reveals the enormous implications of unaccountable power-mongering. In the midst of pursuing litigation against the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) labeling of vaping devices and e-cigarettes as tobacco products, and thus subjecting them to regulations that will damage the industry and perhaps adversely impact public health — all of which is antithetical to the FDA’s mission — they discovered a career bureaucrat had signed off on the rule.

The problem? The bureaucrat had no authority whatsoever to do so. “The Constitution’s Appointments Clause requires that rules binding Americans must be issued by ‘officers of the United States’ — i.e., government officials appointed by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate, or hired by cabinet secretaries under congressional authorization,” PLF’s legal policy director Clint V. Brown explains. “Such officials are subject to political accountability, which allows them to wield political power such as issuing binding rules.”

By contrast, career bureaucrats are government employees hired through a merit system that is supposed to be immune to political influence in both hiring and firing procedures.

Because of this ruling, PLF decided to look more extensively at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which oversees the FDA. What they discovered should infuriate every American who supports the Rule of Law and the Constitution: “Looking at all rules issued by HHS from 2001 to 2017, we found that 71 percent of the 2,952 rules we reviewed were unconstitutional,” Brown reveals. “The worst offender within HHS is FDA, where 98 percent of rules are unconstitutional.”

Note first that a single government agency averaged implementing just under 174 rules every year for nearly two decades. Note further that even at the lower rate of 71%, 123 of those rules were unconstitutional. And while Brown notes that many of them are “highly technical’ and aimed at “scientific drug and food development,” others “are significant regulations that carry huge costs and have a substantive impact felt by businesses and consumers.”

Why has this occurred? Because we have a Ruling Class that is more than willing to abdicate responsibility and allow “faceless and unaccountable bureaucrats who never have to answer to the voters or the political process” to run the country. And because of the aforementioned merit system, firing many of these people is virtually impossible, no matter how badly they perform.

Is there any doubt that such a dynamic breeds arrogance?

Brown offers a partial solution to the problem, explaining that Trump could require that “only Senate-confirmed officials sign-off on his administration’s rules.” Yet that presumes those officials will be in charge of promulgating regulations and be beholden to the president should they fail to do his bidding.

Are they? In an effort to bash the president, the Miami Herald asserted that Trump was on the verge of “dumping” (more linguistic coordination) as many as 1,000 illegals per month on the state of Florida. Yet according to the president himself, he had no knowledge of the plan and subsequently killed it. White House and DHS officials characterized it as a “misunderstanding,” while both the Herald and Politico insisted Trump’s “chaotic” immigration policies were to blame.

Were they? Or was this incident indicative of unilateral action undertaken by officials interested in pursuing their own agenda, hoping Trump won’t notice or won’t care?

But Trump does care about immigration policy, and when he did take on the bureaucracy by removing DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and U.S. Secret Service Director Randolph D. “Tex” Alles because they weren’t in alignment with his agenda, The Washington Post characterized it as a “purge” while The New York Times portrayed it as “political bloodletting.”

That would be the same Washington Post and New York Times that both insisted there was no crisis at the border until there was a “new reality” (Post) and we had reached a “breaking point” (Times).

America’s real breaking point? Bureaucratic arrogance — and the lawlessness it engenders — is metastasizing, driven by a 2016 election that didn’t produce the properly “enlightened” results favored by those bureaucrats. “Real coups against democracies rarely are pulled off by jack-booted thugs in sunglasses or fanatical mobs storming the presidential palace,” Victor Davis Hanson writes. “More often, they are the insidious work of supercilious bureaucrats, bought intellectuals, toady journalists, and political activists who falsely project that their target might at some future date do precisely what they are currently planning and doing — and that they are noble patriots, risking their lives, careers, and reputations for all of us, and thus must strike first.”

This evolution of bureaucracy to the point where we have a de facto government-within-a-government was not unforeseen. “The very nature and purposes of Government make it impossible for administrative officials to represent fully or to bind the employer in mutual discussions with Government employee organizations,” wrote president Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1937.

That’s because, as Roosevelt so astutely noted, “the employer is the whole people, who speak by means of laws enacted by their representatives in Congress.”

The Pacific Legal Foundation has blown up that long-cultivated fairy tale in no uncertain terms. And even more ominously, it’s not hard to conclude that unconstitutional rules perpetrated by the likes of bureaucrats at HHS might be among the most benign efforts to undermine the will of the American people. Far more brazen abuses of power has already been documented at agencies like the EPA, NSA, and the IRS.

In a better nation, the PLF’s revelations would engender a top-to-bottom review of every government agency, and every rule or regulation promulgated and enforced by unelected bureaucrats. In this one, Americans remain beholden to bureaucrats empowered by impotent, self-interested politicians, equally invested in avoiding accountability.

Or even worse. House Democrats called Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Ben Carson “cruel,” “mean-spirited” and “despicable” for not breaking the law that prohibits him from providing housing assistance to illegal aliens.

“Bureaucracy is the form of government in which everybody is deprived of political freedom, of the power to act; for the rule by Nobody is not no-rule, and where all are equally powerless we have a tyranny without a tyrant.” ―Hannah Arendt

That’s America’s real constitutional crisis. ~The Patriot Post
