I just got this: "BAN Texas Smart Meters" wrote: "Deb, Hang in there, we are researching into various ways to stop and remove these meters. If you have not yet seen the Devvy Kidd article, let me know. She has started a lawsuit and we need others to join in...Nick and I, along with at least two others in our association are joining the suit...Devvy has done a lot of research and she, like I, refused the meter...While it will not stop these over zealous installers, everyone should post a sign telling them not to install a smart meter, take a photo of it (for proof later), send by "snail mail" a certified letter to the supplier and your provider that you remove any "implied consent" to install any new equipment. I will try to upoad a form letter for you to use."
Ironically I got an eMail today about a new group called Ban Texas Smart Meters https://www.facebook.com/pages/BAN-Texas-Smart-Meters/275678835776910 so I mentioned what you had said and they just urge all to contact their local State Rep. I know you guys are so lucky to have Sheila Jackson Lee (what's up with that?) but maybe you can find somebody with intelligence in your area? What about the guy you mentioned earlier?
