Frances - Please do me the honor of accepting my “friend request” and my personal INVITATION to read my ENTIRE short mini-book FREE at http://davesbookpdf.blogspot.com/
Frances, I live in West Chester Ohio and our group is interested in the Teen Eagles, how do we get started? I left a request on the website but have heard nothing back yet.
I'm afraid you've passed the "Old Man" in favor of Buxtehude to sit at the feet of and learn "die kunst der fuge". PH goes no deeper into Mozart (the Constitution) than, "Eine Kline Nacht Music:" the "Requiem" has too many notes for him.
For example, has PH directed you to the 1776 Virginia Declaration of Rights? Google it and read it. Written by George Mason, you'll see where Jefferson took much of the Declaration of Independence from - and (perhaps) begin to see why Mason opposed the Constitution without the Bill of Rights. Of course, you couldn't know that I have the original journals of the only vote for independence for New York (yes, the hand-written journals) and last vote cast for independence on July 2, 1776 (the July 4 date is when the tally was officially entered into the record): http://bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=w000655 You couldn't know it, because PH didn't think a member of the 1775/76 Continental Congress hadn't learned to walk before he could run, and he deleted the discussion I had begun before I could bring my 6-genrations distant grandfather's journal into the conversation.
Oh well.
If you would like to learn what PH doesn't know, or leaves out (and there seems to be quite a good deal of both - or maybe just the former), contact me directly.
Welcome, Frances, to the Constitution Study Group! To get started, please read, The Rules posted at the top of the page and then, "1. FOR NEW MEMBERS & OTHERS", in the Discussion Forum on our Page. [Click on "view all" to see all the Discussions]. Best way to get started is to start reading the Discussions. Some are numbered, read those in order. Then read the others as you have time. There is also good stuff on the "Wall" as you get time! Glad to have you in the class!
Welcome to sanity, Frances. Let me know if I can be of any help. Please join us in chat some evening. Saturday nights are Rock and Roll Oldies Nights. Restore Liberty! Onward to 2012! Chat is http://www.teapartynation.com/chat

Thanks, Dear. You will be my main "go to" person for education matters. When you taught in the public schools, what grade did you teach?
What's an AP class?
