Oh, take heart sunshine... I've not lost the vim and vigor for the end result.. just a tad disappointed that this cause is pretty much true to form. I'm pragmatic but do keep my strategy close to my chest so to speak. There are too many of like minded souls to think that we'll stand aside and watch our country go to shreds. The Tsunami is growing every minute as it reaches "landfall".. Bill in Va.
Yea.. I've been involved in dozens of organizations from Habitat to Big brothers and environmental issues. It just bugs the living PooP out of me when folks lose sight of the goal and it becomes an opportunity to "show-case" themselves. That was the primary reason I stepped away from the Richmond, TEA Party movement. All talk and no walk.
Hey Lizzie.. I've been reading your posts and we seem to be kindred souls. I've been part of dozens of grass-roots or volunteer organizations and what I've seen/witnessed is while folks get engaged for the right reasons initially, some just love their 15 minutes of fame, the sound of their voices or seeing their words online. Aw what a waste.

Lizzie, this is your friend and fellow patriot Ken Frazier. Lis, I just need some feedback on my feeling that I'm the only one that's disillusioned over the amount of talk and really no action or even a plan of action to take our beloved nation back. Please help me plead my case with Judson for the need for a mega Tea party convention ASAP. Ken
Hi Liz, sorry, don't remember where I found it--I've had it stored in my computer's picture files since 2010 elections--think I was looking around the internet for pics to use to encourage folks to vote against BHO/Dems--I do remember that I added the "check" mark to the pic (obvious choice, right).
