Thanks for accepting my friending--I always find your posts very educational--thank you.  I'm hoping that many families, like yours and mine, will remember what they have lived through in the past (which is why, in many cases, they came to America to escapes excessive/intrusive govt) and see that if things don't change, we will be living under the same type of oppressive govt that our parents/grandparents left behind in hopes of a better life for themselves/their families.  Nice to know you--best regards, Nancy

You may find this interesting. I have been doing a search of my family name and always thought my family was of German origin. My brother has us traced all the way back to about 1260 C.E.. While keeping that in mind, I have always run into roadblocks. Well it turns out that while doing a search on the early forms of our name, we are of Hebrew origin. I have not yet confirmed it, but I can even give you a tribe. It appears we are from the tribe of Benjamin. I, believing myself to be German, have always wondered, why I have always had an un-natural (or so it seemed) draw upon my life towards Judaism and things Jewish. We grew up Lutheran, but I have not since my teens followed that anti-semitic faith. I have never called Israel by the name of Palestine. I never knew why, it was just natural for me to call it Israel.

 About a year after I became a Christian, I had a tremendous call upon my life for the Messianic faith. You have to understand that I was an abusive, dope smoking, chain smoker that found my comfort at the bottom of a bottle and all I cared about was fast cars, loose women, motorcycles and having fun. I had very little interest in the things of G-d, but He apparently had other ideas for my life. Yeshua turned my life around while I was in Detox after a failed suicide attempt. It took a while of going through some tough times, but I was determined that a G-d, who was able to turn my life around, was able to keep me and teach me His ways. I give credit, praise and glory to the G-d of Abraham and His blessed seed Yeshua. Without G-d intervening in my life I would either be biker trash, or dead. I sure am glad He had other plans for my life. I only pray that he continue to use a wretch like me to defend Israel

Agi, I enjoyed your story.  My wife and I have 8 kids between us, 4 from my first, 3 from her first and one together.  No marriages yet, althogh her eldest just asked his girlfriend over the holidays.  No Grandkids yet, but hopefully soon w/ Chris and Anna getting engaged.

We just learned that Brenda has Lung Cancer, and this Blog Site is kind of taking my mind off it these days.  If you have an extra prayer or 2 she could use it.

None right now Agi that's what I'm trying to do now is get boots on the ground.  I'm an admin of one conservative site and on the board on another.  Now I want to get into the physical world and defeat Obama.  i'm up in Sussex county when I locate a group closer to home I will update you on what they are up to.  Thanks for the quick reply
