TEA PARTY PRESS RELEASE ON “CAP AND TRADE” THE LARGEST FRAUD AND TAX INCREASE IN THE HISTORY OF OUR GREAT COUNTRY

Whereas House Bill H.R. 2454, and Senate Bill ________ are a deliberate fraud upon the great people of this country with the expressed intent to deny all citizens our Constitutional rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, via excessive taxation, we respectfully demand under the First Amendment and the FCC rules controlling media, your media network set forth the following truths. To deliberately deceive our Countrymen is an act of violence against our Constitution and its citizens. Under the Constitution the power vested in the people is invoked.

Any State or local run media which declines to disseminate the truth to our country man is guilty of treason and will be considered an enemy of the People. All necessary means will be taken under the Constitutional rights of the people to remove these stations, newspapers, magazines, or other media from further crimes against our great nation, not limited to boycotting sponsors and informing sponsors/business owners of these egregious crimes. Facts are not limited to:
1.) Global warming now and global cooling in the 1970 (now “climate change” is in fact totally unsupportable by science. In fact The National Center for Public Policy Research reported in 2008, “Doctor Robinson of the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine announced that more than 31,000 scientist had signed a petition rejecting the theory of human-caused global warming. 2.) The scheme to get a more centralized undemocratic method of controlling humanity this quote is found in THE FIRST GLOBAL REVLOUTION: "In searching for a new enemy to unite us we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill." 6.) That CO2 measurements from 1857-1957 may show that higher CO2 existed in the 1800’s which further proves this unprecedented tax increase and expansion of government is a rouse, not for the betterment of the people ergo unconstitutional. (Canada Free press, May 14,2007) (lt.233 n.61)
7.) CO2 is not a pollutant and necessary for all life on the planet. Every breathing animal emits CO2 and all plant life converts CO2 to O2.
8.) CO2 is only about .04% of the atmosphere or 4 parts out of 10,000 and there is no credible evidence that elevated levels would have a negative impact on the environment.
9.) That this vote on the bill is illegal at law as the bill was not written before it was voted on, nor were citizens allowed to read the bill in sufficient time. No transparence.
10.) Imported oil will increase to avoid carbon taxes and eventually cost every home will pay $3300 more in directly related costs to this fraud.
