It happens once or twice a generation, we get it into our heads that perhaps the Socialists know what they're doing after all, and we elect them to lead our Executive Branch. Then they implement some of their ideas, which ends up being a big shock to the electorate at large, since their agenda was never actually vetted in the slightest by the lap dog media who claims to be unbiased. So, you may be wondering what the reality of this means for the children, who are constantly the subject of the most egregious of liberal hyperbolic hysteria.
Well, it seems that the result for those poor children is that at t... I would insert some sarcastic joke here, but quite frankly, I am running low on humor these days. The prospect of four more years of these people has me in a severe state of depression.
In Wisconsin, high school athletes are complaining about not getting enough to eat each day, due to the skimpy new school lunch menu mandated by the United States Department of Agriculture and First Lady Michelle Obama.
The story we published earlier this week on that subject is unfortunately not unique. Students across the country are complaining about the new school lunch regulations.
Perhaps the real motive is to starve students into slimming down. Just ask students in Pierre, South Dakota who, too, are in an all-out revolt.
"I know a lot of my friends who are just drinking a jug of milk for their lunch. And they are not getting a proper meal," middle school student Samantha Gortmaker told Keloland.com.
Despite the fact that the new regulations have increased the cost of a lunch 20 to 25 cents per plate, it’s not pleasing students.
Some are throwing away their vegetables while others are adapting to the rules by becoming industrious. In New Bedford, Massachusetts, students have created a black market - for chocolate syrup. The kiddie capitalists are smuggling in bottles of it and selling it by the squeeze, according to SouthCoastToday.com.
Interestingly enough, don't expect the children's revolt to strike ... As it is with all societies dominated by a centralized government that sits in judgement and control of everything and everyone, it would appear as though privilege still has its perks in the Socialist vision of one Barack Hussein Obama. Here's their lunch menu for today:
French Mushroom Soup
Classic Caesar Salad
Boston Bean Salad
Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza
Variety Flatbread Pizza
Variety Veggie Flatbread Pizzas

Sliced Melon
One more thing, reread the last paragraph from the Town Hall article again. You will notice something that always happens as a result of implementing the economics of Socialism. It seems as though the little capitalist inside all of us has manifested himself in the form of a black market. The Eighteenth Amendment did not stop anyone from getting a drink who wished to do so. All that resulted from prohibition was the creation of a new class of millionaire criminals, Capone, Kennedy, Luciano, etc., and the increase in price for the drinks still being served, due to increased distribution costs. Likewise, these children are eating no healthier today, all that has happened is that several students with an entrepreneurial spirit will now be spending an increased amount of time in detention, and the price of chocolate syrup will be inflated by several thousand percent. Look for Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kremes to be added to the illegal marketplace soon. All I can say is go kids go! Make a fortune on this, hopefully sanity will return to the world of adults in 42 days, and then you'll be out of business.

I am glad that my children are all grown, but now that they are having children of their own I will alert them. I had no idea it was this bad, but I can't say I am surprised.
