Comment by Darwin Rockantansky on November 7, 2011 at 12:36am Keep in mind that the "Occupy" crowd is an army of morons being manipulated by the Marxist / Socialist / Unions and their goal is to incite violence. We The People have thus far avoided violent confrontation. God willing that time never comes but should that happen it cannot and will not be the ones to throw the first punch or fire the first round.
These hard-ass street thugs think that they are tough because they are protected by their pals in position of power. They seem to either not seem to understand or are just ignorant to the fact that a large portion of the American Patriots are veterans who have seen the horrors of war do not fear it and know only too well how to conduct one.
Dr. Martin Luther King showed the world that the direction of this nation could be altered without resorting to violence. Let's hold the course until such time as they leave us no choice and then we make it quick, efficient, and we take no prisoners to live the life of luxury on the backs of hard working, tax paying patriots.

The mega-corporations which own the mainstream media do not like OWS. They see it as a threat to the hegemony of the 1% over our polity and economy. They do not want the natives (the 99%) to get restless. Therefore I think the people who watch TV and then complain about the problems associated with the camps are abysmally uninformed.
First hand observation is far preferable to relying on sensational mainstream media reports. As a investigative journalist for Catholic Lane I've been to Occupy Seattle 8 times to date and have seen very little of the anarchy decried by the minions of the 1%. On the contrary the order and camaraderie in the OS camp at Seattle Central Community College is something to behold, especially considering the weather and other trying circumstances.
