This Presidential Election, Don't Forget Obama's Imperial Fiats

The reasons to un-elect President Barack Obama are myriad. His has a litany of failings that is massive and nearly all-encompassing. One of the most important reasons to dispatch this President is his governing via Executive Order and regulatory fiat - well outside the Constitutional process and proscribed bounds of his office.

People say that President Obama isn’t interested in the legislative process. If he ever was, he checked out after turning over the highly dubious and unpopular ObamaCare operation to then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

It’s not much fun to go to the People’s House when the People repeatedly express disdain for your worldview.

Built into ObamaCare is the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). Fifteen bureaucrats who can - in Congress-free, unilateral fashion - decide who does and does not receive medical care.

The IPAB approach is much more to President Obama’s liking. He has all along been - in Congress-free, unilateral fashion - imposing all sorts of new “laws,” “rules” and “regulations” via royal edict. And this has created tremendous uncertainty for - and done egregious damage to - the economy.

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor just released a detailed report entitled “The Imperial Presidency.” Here are - culled from just its “Creating Laws” subsection - some of Emperor Obama’s Greatest Hits:

Network Neutrality: Like health care, the Tech sector is 1/6th of economy. Unlike ObamaCare, Net Neutrality never passed Congress - the President just imposed it, in December 2010. (Ditto the Administration’s power grab of wireless cellular phone networks, and a whole host of other unilateral Tech regulations.) The results?

Tech Layoffs Hit 3-Year High in First Half of 2012

Energy Sector regulations: The Greatest Fraud on Earth is alleged “global warming.” Or “climate change.” Cap & Trade never passed Congress - so Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency and Departments of Energy and Interior are imposing it as if it did. The results?

January 19, 2009 av. gas price: $1.85 per gallon

October 22, 2012 av. gas price: $3.69 per gallon

Coal plants closed under Obama: 111 - more than 1/5 of the nation's nearly 500.

Public land oil-gas production under Obama:

Leases: Down 11%

Land in use: Down 19%

Drill permits approved: Down 36%

Which brought us those doubled-under-Obama gas prices.

But wait, there’s more. For instance, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been a one-stop bureaucratic wrecking shop.

Unilaterally making it much easier to form business-impeding, Democrat-supporting unions - and much harder to un-form them.

Imposing Union “Propaganda” Mandates on Employers

Then there is the Obama Administration doubling car CAFE mileage requirements. The results?

New cars are expected to cost about $2000 more because of this mandate.

And on, and on, and on....

Oh - and how’s ObamaCare doing for us?

During Obama’s term, between 2009 to 2012, premiums have climbed $2,370 for the average family with an employer-provided plan – a rate faster than the during the previous four years under President George W. Bush....

During the 2008 campaign and health care reform debate in 2009, President Obama said repeatedly that his plan would bend the cost curve downward, ultimately saving the average family $2,500 per year.

The Barack Obama Presidency has been conducted almost entirely against the Constitution and the will of We the People. The results?

2012 GDP growth thus far: 1.77%.

Next Tuesday, We the People get to Constitutionally express our will about that.

However, tonight the east coast is in serious trouble, gas shortage, no heat, some people without food and Obama is in North Las Vegas acting like an important person. America does not have a President. Remember this when you vote.

I am sure this really ticks the Military off. They die for are Freedom and Flag. Pledge oath to the Flag and this fraud has the nerve to put himself like a idol on the American Flag!!! How sick can you get?? I find this along with his appeasement to Islamics a true sign of who he is! Not a American!!!!

I've been trying to get reactions from other Patriots for a while now on TPN to see what we might all do when they pull the plug and we can no longer speak like this. It's coming soon. The election is fixed, I just can't believe that even half of America supports this murderous, terroristic administration. Remember the whole of communist Russia was controlled by a small minority.

Nearly 75 years ago, (when Welfare was introduced) Roosevelt said, "Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a Camel, this is the Promised Land."

Today, Congress has stolen your shovel, taxed your asses, raised the price of Camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

I was so depressed last night thinking about Health Care Plans, the economy, the wars, lost jobs, savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc .... I called a Suicide Hotline.

I had to press 1 for English.

I was connected to a call center in Pakistan. I told them I was suicidal.

They got excited and asked if I could drive a truck . . . . . .

Folks, we're screwed.

Odds are, most of the Northeast is gone. There are Americans living in places like Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York City who honestly would vote for Adoph Hitler and his Jewish policies, if he were running as a Democrat! These people honestly want Socialism. Let them have it!

Without six or seven small states, America's balance of power could easily be shifted. With the Energy and Farmland and in the hands of those not in the Northeast, it would be easy enough to get California and the West Coast to "see it our way."

In the end, we would be talking about a much stronger nation, unshackled by a part of the country that had become hopelessly rotted with socialism. Of course, there are millions in this region who would "see it our way." We would welcome them!

They would likely meet "departers" on the road south and west. These "departers" would include Sol Alinsky disciples, Fabien Socialists, globalists and those seeking a government handout. They would form the new "People's Socialist States of America." We would call them the "Piss Ants.," the Waifs of the Western Hemisphere."
