It is sad that the question of the supremacy of the Constitution as the Law of the Land is even questioned.  How have we allowed our Federal government to assume super-Constitutional powers never envisioned by the Framers.  Can George Washington avoid spinning in his grave when he looks down on the city named for him?  Would he prefer to let the national capitol be renamed for Big Bird?  Anybody but George.  The Framers intended our national government to follow the plan and powers delegated to it in the Constitution.  They did fear that the American people would become lazy and ignore their civic responsibiliies.

And what they feared most was a fall from riligion and the decncy it requires of its followers.

Romney WON'T, but ought to make Sheriff Joe Arpaio our next Attorney General. Alan West our next Sec Def. Give us a "sanctity of Life" Sec of HHS. Give us a serious Cabinet and administration Team because we need MASSIVE reform and WISE reform despite needing it immediately.

Truth is, everything this "President" has been doing is illegal. Wouldn't it be nice if Gov Romney and our Justice Department (under new leadership, of course) would make him and all his co-conspirators answer for all they have done. He does not deserve a lifetime pension for destroying our country and our people. Furthermore he does not deserve the security he will receive. Let him fend for himeself like he does to the People he is supposedly representing. The property and all possessions of all involved should be confiscated to pay down the national debt that they have created. And if that happened, perhaps they would serve as an example for anyone thinking of doing it again!

Since when does it stop our government when something is unconstitutional or illegal? Both Parties have used Executive Orders to work around Congress - the current idiot being the worst for that technique. It would seem that too many are paid off by corporate - or bribed with other promises - because nobody is doing much except periodically complaining when Congress is in session. The entire system has been hijacked. When the only candidates we can vote for are all primarily on the same page as they've been (how many ways to destroy America) - it has become similar to just passing the torch. I already voted for Romney -- but, not thrilled at all.

As soon as the government gets the resourses and assets togeather they will make their move. It will not be nessary for them to sospend the Constution. It will be up to WTP to defend it however and defend it we will and the government knows this.

Maybe it is time We make sure sure there is something done. In the end We are the ones that are responsible for making sure the Constitution is followed. It is our fault it has gone on as long as it has. So the real trouble is We are afraid to do what We are obligated to do as citizens. God blessed us with the greatest country to have existed ans We are afraid to stand up for it. I can not see him giving more blessings to a people that will not stand up for what they already have. God please forgive us for squandering it.

Can you imagine this treasonous, fraudulent man and his family being voted out of office only to retire into the lap of luxury in Hawaii and Chicago?  He would be privy to the salary, library, and perks of other former presidents along with secret service detail. He has been collecting a huge salary, free health care, free extravagant vacations all the while stacking up one scandal after another.  The most expensive entertainment budget in the history of the White House has occurred during his tenure. Lets not mention the constant golfing and partying with the Hollywood crowd. He thinks he is entitled to all of this for being a jet setter? He basically started campaigning after he was "sworn" into office, and the taxpayers have been paying for all of it. He didn't even bother to attend his security briefings most days. He violated the Constitution at every turn and spent Trillions (some of which went to pay off his donors and union buddies).  And we, our children and grandchildren are expected to pay back this unfathomable debt, if its even possible. He didn't care, as if to say he was trying to collapse the system.  He hasn't been Presidential; he's been a bitter partisan hack, unfit for office, unfit to lead.  He is a glorified con man. He doesn't deserve one more thin dime from the taxpayers of America (who he works for).  He deserves a trial for treason and a prison cell in Guantanemo Bay and hard labor along with anyone else who facilitated his rise to power.
