The gun control people are going to get their backsides handed to them!

"I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve." - Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Since Obama got re-elected, and he and his Progressive Marxist hordes started their War On The Second Amendment, I've been predicting that they were going to get their backsides handed to them in the elections next year, and the article at the end of this blog seems to be the official harbinger of their doom. It's one of the most inspiring and fired-up things I've ever seen Wayne LaPierre write!

For literally decades, I was disgusted with the NRA, as I'm a Second Amendment absolutist - I think all gun laws are unconstitutional and that every stinking one of them should be repealed, and I agree 100% with the article at

that some things ( rights! ) should never ever be compromised, or they cease to be rights.

So what happened at Harrisburg was very inspiring to me, as has been the deluge of Congress by our pro-rights patriots!

And it's been especially inspiring to me to see the new NRA slogan "Stand And Fight", because it appears to signal that they've finally learned these lessons about compromise! You can compromise on your pizza toppings, but some things you never compromise - you don't compromise your sister or mother to a rapist and you don't compromise rights - not ever!

So I'm very encouraged that perhaps the membership and leadership of NRA have finally learned that lesson, and hopefully permanently, because when tyranny comes knocking at the door, it's not the time to compromise, it's the time to Stand and Fight!

So I do think that the gun control supporters are going to get their backsides handed to them during the next election, and in a way that should eclipse, by orders of magnitude, what happened to them when they tried a minor version of this during the Clinton regime! I've never seen so many loyal Americans this furious before!

Please read the following article, it's great!:

Wayne: I'm now officially proud that I finally rejoined the NRA last fall, when the Progressives' War On The Second Amendment began! Thank you!

Aside from personal or familial Democrat party affiliations, the single thing that ties together all of the young mass murderers who have wreaked havoc, at least since Columbine, is "psychotropic drugs."    With the exception of jihadist killers, Divinely tasked to advance Islam (See: "An Oath Violated?" at http://www.politicalislam.com/blog/2009/11/), all of the best-known American killers in the last few decades - everyone from the Columbine killers to Adam Lanza - were young men on SSRIs, Ritalin or Adderall.    These drugs are known to increase the risk of suicide among young users.    Suicide is an impulsive behavior turned against oneself.    Violent impulses, however, can be turned against others, yet such dangerous prescriptions continue to compensate for moronic curriculums that are uninteresting, nonchallenging and outright boring classes our children are forced to attend.

Open letter to Senator John McCain, (dated April 5, 2013)

I understand that you’re collaborating with Obama’s universal background check for every firearm transfer.    Is it that you somehow trust the government NOT to use these applications as a back-door method for universal gun-registration, or do you simply not know that any recovered crime-weapon can be traced back to its last known owner, who can be prosecuted if he/she provided the gun to a prohibited person?    Why should the government be involved in exchanges of firearms with a neighbor or between family members?     With a President clearly involved in gun-running to drug cartels and Muslim terrorists, a President endorsing a UN Treaty that would strip our rights to bear arms, a President who cannot pass a background check himself, a President lying about gun statistics - contrary to a wealth of scientific studies, DHS apparently preparing for a major war - with the photo targets they’ve purchased looking like average Americans; this does not seem like an opportune time to attack our enumerated, God-given rights.

If you want to do something positive toward public safety, you might lead a repeal of the "Gun-Free School Zone Act" of 1995, which apparently was designed to provide safe havens for killers, enabling high body-counts to facilitate anti-gun zealots’ political ends.  If there was some real safety feature of these "zones," could you elaborate on it/them?

A courtesy copy went to Senator Jeff Flake. and everywhere else I can think of.

I hope you are are all right, but I still have the predictions that Romney would win in a landslide with this economy ringing in my ears.

That said, some of the most dangerous at Concord were the old men. I stand with them, should the time come.

We do need to STAND & FIGHT. We cannot allow the millions who have sat out 2008 & 2012 to do so again. We have to knock on their doors & provide positive peer pressure to get them to the polls, voting for the most constitutional conservative candidates who can win. We also right NOW have to be in consistent contact with our elected representatives with an unmistakable NO for any new gun control measures.

A well written article, and good job Wayne.  I hear the NRA criticized a lot by the Media, but they are the one group effectively defending our rights.  Whatever problems they have, they are head and shoulders ahead of the GOP Leadership.

If a revolution becomes necessary, the first people we should go after are the gun grabbers. Those who have violated their oaths of office to defend and uphold the constitution.
