Our Congressional leaders have seen multiple instances of the Obama regime usurping their authority under the Constitution. While their protestations have been ignored by the executive branch and the media, the country is now at the tipping point. Today is the first day for the health care industry to comply with Obamacare. As outlined below, up to 50% of the people who signed up will not be covered due to "errors and omissions".

Where does that leave the health care industry when someone receives health care and then realizes that their "coverage" does not exist? Since most of the people who have enrolled are not healthy, these bills can easily bankrupt people who thought they were covered under Obamacare. Which leaves two options:

1. The pResident will dictate that the government will cover this new liability without the approval of the legislative branch.

2. The pResident will blame Congress for now revising Obamacare legislation to "help" people who are suffering through no fault of their own.

Let's put aside the fact that people are once again being used as pawns. I believe Obama will invoke some variation of the first option. This would be the final declaration that the executive branch has usurped the power of the legislative branch. I do not see the pResident giving back his gains made in 2013.

Obamacare Goes Live Today: Here Is The Next Big Problem

We reported two weeks ago that navigating the healthcare.gov labyrinth successfully and "signing up" for Obamacare is one thing; actually activating coverage by making a payment is something totally different. We added that "if people don’t pay by Dec. 31, insurers may end up stuck with a disproportionate number of sicker and costlier customers."

It is this "shock" realization that one's Obamacare plan is not active until after the healthcare service has been rendered, that may hit as many as 50% of all enrollees, which means that of the 2+ million Americans who believe they have coverage, up to 1 million is about to be served with a bill which they can't afford. This also happens to be the main story across various media outlets today.

Boy do I miss Glen Beck!  Only the truth IS SPOKEN HERE!   He told the story of the frog (he may even have used a real one) and how you can convince it to stay in a pot of boiling water long enough to cook it.  Yes, he did!  There are two ways to look at this problem:  1/  Put the frog directly into the pot with the  water boiling high;   2/  Put the frog into tap water in a pot, place it on the stove, then turn the stove on low, continue increasing the temperature until finally the water is boiling high.  The first one won't work - the frog will feel the heat and jump right out of the pan.  With the second scenario, you keep the frog in its comfort zone (water) but contain it in a pot which will be okay.  Then as you increase the temp in small increments, the frog will tolerate each change until finally it is being boiled and way past saving itself.

Well, of course, this is not all about frogs as food.  It's about achieving a complete change in our social, political and economic environment.  It's been 5 years now since the POTUS announced he was going to fundamentally change our country.  Look back.  Take a long, close look at where we were; then slowly take your focus back to where we are today.  I don't need to list every change that has been gratefully accepted (by some), and even forced upon us by our House;  however, we stand on the threshold of the great downward slope - we are in the pot of water which is approaching boiling point.  Are we going to stay in the pot on the stove?  Or are we going to become part of a meaningful force to restoration of our Republic?

Begin now to contact those who be candidates in 2014 and 2016.  Tell them what your platform must be to give them leadership role at this the most crucial time in our history since inception.

What matters is that you are an American Patriot; that you believe in the Constitution (every word);  that you agree our country is under attack from within;  and you believe you are the last line of defense for our freedom giving us LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

I'm still looking for that elusive leader - the one who will forsake all personal desires - the one who will represent All Americans in keeping the faith of our founding fathers in God Almighty and our Constitution.  Is it someone we know and are overlooking?  Dr. Charles Krauthammer?  Sen. Rand Paul?  An American General who sees what needs to be done and has the determination to lead us?  I believe in this dire time we need to begin our search in earnest.  Write to these people or those you believe in.  Question them.  Vet them.  Then support them with all your hope and worldly goods.  This is the last chance we have.  God Bless America and American Patriots.

I am surprised that Congress has willingly given up their powers to this dictator wanna be. If the American voters don't throw out a majority of the current legislators in DC in 2014 we are in for witnessing the end of our Republic.

Baloney - the end of the separation of powers. This usurper must be removed from office and tried for the fraud that he really is. There are enough people out there that hate this Evil Empire and will do whatever to overthrow it. AND remember, fellow Americans, we have more oil buried in our soil than the entire Middle East!  Do you want the Red Chinese coming for it, and Obama and his ilk of scumbags stealing our natural resources?? There are plenty of us saying, "Hell, No!"  Time to man up and stop the whining. When pushed to far, we fight!

I don't know why there's concern about the end of the Separation of Powers since Americans have no problem repealing the Bill of Rights,

We need to Re-Affirm our constitutions as our "supreme Law." All who Swear or Affirm to Obey, Honor, and Defend our constitutions, and who then VIOLATE them, Break our "supreme Law!" We must Demand this END!

Those who Break our "Highest Law" must be indicted, and upon conviction must face harsh punishments. Massive Fines and long prison terms Must be levied and enforced. All officeholders, whether elected or appointed take the constitutional oath, as do our members of the Armed Forces.

Failure to hold them to answer for such violations of our "supreme Law," and their oaths and affirmations, invites lawlessness and anarchy.

If our States eventually Propose and Ratify constitutional Amendments, one Must be to ease the ability to Impeach and Indict such Oath-breakers and Criminals.

Where the Hell is Congress?  The Senate might be under Dingy Harry's influence, but where is Boehner and the rest, screaming bloody murder over this???  Vote the entire lot out in 2014!!!  They make me sick!  Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Trey Gowdy and Michele Bachmann are the only ones screaming, but their voices are buried under the silence of the rest of them, while We the People can't do a damn thing but watch it all deteriorate!  And Mark Levin wants a Constitutional Convention?  Really?  And what makes him think that they will follow those laws when the cannot follow the Constitution itself??  No wonder Congress' approval is 11% . . .they're all a joke!!!
