State Assembly Amy Handlin and Bill 3839

I went to the Bayshore meeting for vetting of the LD 13 candidates and Amy Handlin was there presenting to the BTPG assembly bill 3839.

Now check this:

Ms Handlin, told us that since Obama Care will be kicking in that the states will be forced to pay for more medicare patients and that we tax payers are going to pay; thus erosion of the middle class continues. She then discussed the formation of a panel that has representation from different race of folks, that will decided on an "end of life treatment" for the terminally ill. An older gentleman in the BTPG said "what about the families", well Handlin said, "it's in the bill, a council of hand picked people will decide". Then Barbara G told Handlin, exactly, we are wondering why the family isn't being considered for input on the end of life treatment", this went over Handlins head. Family members don't even have anything to say or suggest here and by the way, asked Handlin, "who decided on this bill was it the terminally ill?", she replied no. So I then told her if she was as over zealous in stopping waste, fraud and lowering our taxes as she was in interfering in the lives of the terminally ill, we wouldn't have these tax problems".

Then reading further on the bill pg 4 it says "the advisory board can call to assistance any State, county or municipal department, board bu rear etc. Do you know what that means, they can force police, medical EMT, anyone to round of the terminally ill. This is all decided by well educated,cold, "common sense devoid" big government. This is not good folks. Read the bill yourselves and this will now be discussed at the July 18Th meeting. Also read our state constitution Section  VII paragraph 9 about biased laws and special treatment.
