Repeal Obama Care
There is a very simple way for the House to start the Repeal Process of Obama Care!
The House should send a House Resolution to the President and the Senate stating the unconstitutional aspects!
It could be very simple:
The House of Representatives Resolves that the Constitution has been violated by the following:

We, the House of Representatives, being unable to over ride the veto power of the President; submit that each state should use the Principles of '98 (aka Nullification or Interposition) as proposed by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison and incorporated in the Kentucky Resolution of 1798!
