Remember this DHS assessment of our returning soldiers as a terrorist threat:
"the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks"
A report from WND has a list of proposed firearm restrictions from the Center for American Progress. They "demand" that guns not be sold to anyone on the U.S. Government's Terrorist Watchlist. Combine the government impending denial to own firearms to anyone taking certain medication (mainly soldiers) and it appears that the government feels that our soldiers may represent a significant threat to their agenda. Pesky thing, that Constitution and its outdated concept of Liberty.

A progressive group with enormous influence on White House policy has issued specific recommendations to the Obama administration on how to push sweeping gun control, including suggestions for executive orders.
The Center for American Progress released an 11-page proposal, reviewed by WND, calling for a full ban on the sale of assault weapons and magazines with a capacity for more than 10 bullets. CAP suggests legislation to require licensing and transfer restrictions on new and existing assault rifles.

Comment by Kenneth Paul Russell on January 16, 2013 at 8:18pm When any law made is unconstitutional, it is not law! That is per our Constitution, and the Constitution, IS THE LAW in the USA. Whether Obama or congress likes it or not. All these gun rules, and laws they are passing, are unconstitutional, and therefore, null and void! All of us have a gun permit, it's called the Second Amendment, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

I'd completely forgotten about Homeland Security on guard for 'right-wing extremists' as well as Veterans as Potential Terrorist Threat. Might this be cause for denial under proposed background checks?
Page 2 of the same document inders impingement on an estimated 40 percent of the gun transfers that occur each year in the United States —more than 6 million gun transfers— which originate from private sellers.
This is starting off as more than a bit nasty and undoubtedly unconstitutional.

Texas Republican Re. Steve Stockman stated on Jan 14th that if "Obama" institutes gun control measures with a "Executive Order" he will file "Articles Of Impeachment" against "Obama" ! He also mentioned adding many other issues concerning his eligibility "Birth Certificate" as a forgery, etc. etc ! Let's hope and pray this is picked up and supported by others in congress and forced by "We The People" !

Anyone who did not vote for this regime could be considered an enemy of the State. Anyone who speaks against this regime, identifies themselves as a Tea Party member, who speaks out against socialism, obamacare, ICLEI, Agenda 21 or amnesty. Anyone who contributes to political organizations who fight for the Constitution? What about them? Anyone who says, "One Nation Under God" must be an intolerant and suspicious person. People are being lied to about the true meaning of the Second Amendment, and it's intended reason for existence!
The Second Amendment is to protect the people from the tyranny of our government!

They're crashing our currency, which will likely cause food & fuel shortages, along with all the other necessities of life. They know that we realize these things are intentional and that we will place blame where the blame belongs; on them. They can't have us possibly rising up to restore our Republic & our Constitution. Just remember that everything that happens is to bring about their one world government, controlled by themselves. What they have in store for us is not in our best interests. They can't allow us to retain control of our firearms, there's too much at stake for them.
