The leftist editor, Janet Hasson at that Westchester newspaper, by outing gun owners, is pressing her case further by outing more names, according to American Thinker. http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2012/12/gluttons_for_pain_ny_ne...
The blog piece states:
"Do you fools realize that you also made a map for criminals to use to to rob that have no guns in them to protect themselves?" Rob Seubert of Silver Spring, Maryland, posted on the newspaper's web site. "What a bunch of liberal boobs you all are."
She is, de facto, saying the slogan that Zazzle sells in different formats:
My next door neighbor (Editor Janet Hasson?) wants to ban all guns!
Their house is not armed!
Out of respect for their beliefs,
I promise not to use my guns to protect them!

I wonder if this can inspire you to come up with your own slogan and a place for the sign.
I've got some:
If someone is robbing Janet Hasson's house, aren't they are just spreading the wealth?
Karl Marx said "Property is Theft."
My neighbor has no guns. That means they are inviting you to return their property to its rightful owners, those with less than they have.
And their kid wears a Che t-shirt, so it's cool with them to spread the wealth.
In fact, maybe we should be asking kids on the street with Che Guevara t-shirts for $10 because we see they are advocates of spreading the wealth. Tell them we want $10 to buy a Che t-shirt!

Comment by Paul Szemanczky on December 30, 2012 at 1:27pm Jack: I know at least 50 guys and gals who own 'illegal firearms' (none of them are mg's), or weapons passed on through generations, or obtained before the filthy gun laws, and most of us are happy to go through life with Obama-transparency fully loved by the people we protect with them there illegal guns. 1/4 of them are police, security, or other category of state-local-federal-private protection employees who will never surrender their "secrets" to their internal Gestapo, nor will I.
Comment by Dennis L. Kolb Sr. on December 30, 2012 at 1:11pm All Newspapers, All Across America, should Out All Gun Owners, with their Names and Address!
Criminals with know what Houses to Stay Away From!
How can I get on this list??????
Comment by Robert M. Hellen, Sr. on December 30, 2012 at 12:36pm Look, if we had not allowed the Liberals to close up most of the insane asylums in the 1970's we would probably not be having this problem today. The Dems increased their party attendance significantly by turning out all the inmates into the streets and getting them signed up with the Democratic Party. It is our fault for letting this happen! This sounds like a joke but it isn't and isn't even funny! Now we have crazy people dictating terms to the sane people!!!

Comment by Jack Kemp on December 30, 2012 at 11:44am The Florida-based school for journalists, the Poynter Institute, disagrees with Journal News' tactics.
According to a Poynter Institute faculty member, "Unwarranted publishing of the names of permitted owners just encourages gun owners to skip the permitting." That means that thanks to the newspaper's irresponsible actions, in order to maintain anonymity normally upstanding citizens may be driven to illegal gun ownership.
Comment by Thomas on December 30, 2012 at 11:36am The Preamble to the Bill of Rights is attached below.
It is to be read in conjunction with whichever of the first ten amendments of The Constitituion may be the topic of discussion. For right now, read it in conjunction with the 2nd amendment. The right to keep and bear arms WAS NOT granted to the citizens by the 2nd amendment. The right to keep and bear arms is a right that was assumed to exist. The 2nd amendment Prohibits the federal government from violating that right by either preventing the purchase of personally owned armaments by the Citizens or by confiscating arms that are already in the possession of the Citizens.
Preamble to the Bill of Rights

ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.
Comment by Jack Kemp on December 30, 2012 at 11:34am Someone else asked if the newspaper exposed the names of any movie stars in Manhattan.
Comment by Jack Kemp on December 30, 2012 at 11:32am Paul, you might have a real case for suing the newspaper for causing a threat to public safety in various towns. At the very least, they would have to go to court at a time their subscriptions are being cancelled and they'd have to hire lawyers as they lose revenue.
Comment by Grandma on December 30, 2012 at 11:32am Speak out publicly. THEY are. Get out in front of any microphone you have access to. Don't let them be the only ones making noise in this issue, which is so often the case. We gripe on blogs, but they are out in front of the world making their statements. They are BULLIES in that regard. We have to get in their faces too.
