Padding the votes for Obama

http://www.examiner.com/node/55108196

We all know it should have been impossible to re-elect a president that has done nothing but tear this country down. How in the world could this happen? Dick Morris, a writer and pollster, said it is because the Black, Hispanic and young vote is increasing and voting democrat. I don’t think so. I live in Texas where we have a very large minority population and our state did not go to Obama.

I suspect fraudulent votes were submitted to target districts in the very important swing states to insure his reelection. They are padding the elections with fraudulent votes in target districts. And it isn’t just us who knows this; the officials of those states know this as well. I have a proposal. It will take 33 Republican Governors and 33 state legislatures with some backbone and us behind them with a 50-million man march, if necessary.

I propose a Vote Verify system (V-Verify) to be enacted by all 33 Republican states that will make it state law that election results will not be disclosed until vote count is verified to make sure that the number of votes submitted are equal-to or less-than the number of registered voters for that district. Take for example, a district has 500,000 registered voters and when verified this district reflects 600,000 votes. Now where did the extra 100,000 votes come from, from fraud of course?

Think of the implications this will have on the next Presidential election and elections in the near future when results from 33 states are not disclosed until they are verified with-in a two-day window.

Will this be challenged, of course? The states can stand on the 10th Amendment. It is time to make a stand! And the Supreme Court, if this goes to the Supreme Court, will have to take into consideration other cases where they have said that “tricky politicking” is a valid question under the equal protection clause. And I am sure they will uphold that the 14th Amendment is being violated in “vote padding” because we are not getting equal protection of the laws when dishonest organizations are allowed to “pad the votes” for their candidate, which in turn dilutes our vote and violates the “one-person, one-vote rule”. And my friends, your vote is being diluted and you are being discriminated against.

Just one word of warning, some states will bound by the Voting Act of 1965 to have to submit this law to the Attorney General (and we all know who he is) so that he can try to stop it on the basis that we are discriminating against minorities. Your state legislators may use this as an excuse to back down and not pursue. But how does verifying votes according to registered voters discriminate against minorities?

Are you with me? Send the letter provided to your governor, state senator and state representative every month until they are out of session. Hand write the letter, if possible, they do not respond to emails or robo-calls or preprinted letters but they do take notice when we take time out of our day to write them by hand. Start a grass-roots movement to correct this evil? Start now. Evil is already working to insure the next election for their minions. We cannot wait. We must take action now.

Yes Wendall but there are cases of precedent that have already been established by the Supreme Court as to hear this case.  Look into the Baker v. Carr case where white people were not fairly districting districts so they would have more clout in the state legislature.  In the past the Supreme Court would not hear those kind of cases because they considered it a "political question" saying the legislative body had to be the ones to remedy this but then they agreed to hear this case and obliged themselves to hear these kind of cases. So we have already won that battle. Then it moved on to another case Reynolds v Sims;  where political gerrymandering was taking place in an apportionment scheme to favor the Republicans.  Okay, so let's call "vote padding" as gerrymandering in a form that is diluting the votes of a state's citizen as in the case Reynolds v Sims where Chief Justice Warren of the Supreme Court himself said "if a state should provide that the votes of citizens in one part of the state should be given two times, five times, or ten times the weight of votes of citizens in another part of the state, it could hardly be contended that the right to vote of those residing in the disfavored areas had not been effectively diluted".  The citizens of Ohio and Florida should sue their states for violation of their Constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment because they have allowed the democrats to commit voter fraud in the form of "vote padding through absentee voting and early voting". This practice is diluting our votes and diminishing our vote to equal less than one because the Democrats are padding their constituency with fake and illegal votes. By the way, states can fight this on the state level. State's have Supreme Courts as well. I think it can be done Wendall.  We the American People are not at fault. We know what is going on.  Our leaders have to be leaders and grown spines or otherwise they will always lose.

I am going to send this to my Governor but he is nothing but a Rino so I don't expect any results. Maine just elected a new Senator who claims to be an indepentent but he is not, he is a D'crat in sheeps clothing, and of course the other senator is a big time rino, and all three are buddy, buddy.

I agree with you that this should be done, but you will never get it past the Attorney General, He will fight it on the grounds that it would work against minorities, which of course it doesn't but that would be the reason they would fight with. This would end the illegal votes by illegal aliens and they don't want That. The reason that AG gives is stupid because there is no law to stop anyone from registering. Any person can register as long as they are not illegal. If it goes to the supreme court then I don't think it will have a chance after what I saw with the health care law. You will not get all 33 governors to do it, because of the backlash that each of those states would get from bama administration, that would hurt the individuals of that state.
