So now that it has been made obvious to the Marxists this nation unfortunately elected to run things for another four years that they will not be able to get their weapons confiscation schemes through the legislative process, they have settled on a different tactic. We are about to be visited by our good friend, executive fiat, once again. These clowns acting in a lawless manner should surprise no one, as it is what they've been up to for the better part of four years now. Many of them are no longer hiding the fact that they view our founding documents as a nuisance, openly calling for our Constitution to be discarded, and rendered obsolete. While it is true that our Judicial Branch is responsible for keeping an eye on these particular types of infringements against our Constitutional rights, those particular cogs of our system of checks and balances move ever so slowly.
So, let's take a look at the central issue here, that particular bit of our Constitution that is going to be circumvented with this maneuver.
The Second Amendment to our Constitution:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of
a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed
When campaigning for his boss in 2008, Joe Biden promised in Pennsylvania that his boss, "better not come after my guns." We go through this every four years, where the Democrats try to convince us that they have no intentions of infringing themselves upon our right to both keep and bear arms. There has been much debate about how that Amendment should be read, and it is truly a Rorschach test for political leanings. Never mind that the people who wrote the document, and more specifically the guy who wrote that particular Amendment, George Mason, took great pains to explain exactly its meaning, somehow, comma placement and the phrase, "well regulated militia,' seems to have clouded the issue for that half of our population with a reading comprehension problem that can only be attributed to an Ivy League or public school indoctrination.
George Mason on the Second Amendment:
To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.
James Madison, the man who wrote the Constitution and submitted it for ratification by those who wanted to form our little republic, believed the first 8 Amendments to be extraneous. His argument was that since the specific authority to do those things guarded against with the Bill of Rights was not granted, then of course our government could never do them. That was why the 9th and 10th Amendments were written and included in the document as a whole. He wanted to make it impossible for the government to ascribe itself any more power than our national agreement granted.
For the leftists who might read this, when I purchase a weapon, it will not be because I wish to go hunting. It will not be because I wish to form a militia. It will not be because I want to go target shooting. It will be none of your business why I may or may not purchase that or anything else. It is my right to do so, and to do it privately. I do not need a reason. I may not even have a reason. Just be thankful that shooting busy bodies is illegal.
As for the idiots that published the maps that showed the locations of homeowners possessing hand guns and such, were I not a gun owner living in that neighborhood, I would be even angrier that you did something so stupid. For you see now, every criminal in that area now knows who can defend themselves, and who is, "easy pickins." You have done more to increase gun violence in America than any one else possibly could have.

The Sandy Hook shooting happened on December 14th, 2012 yet this video shows all the victims, teachers, etc.. and the video was uploaded for sure on Nov. 10, 2012. It has been abundantly clear from the outset that the President has every intention of enacting rigorous restrictions on firearm ownership and usage, and he doesn’t care how he does it. According to the Constitution, no one has the right to restrict firearms in the least. President Obama indicated in the 1990’s that he believed that no one should be allowed to own a gun, and numerous official statements on his part make it clear enough that he has not changed his mind. His actions over the last several years have been repeatedly characterized by deceit, subterfuge, and malevolence. He is the most lawless President in U.S. history. Thus, we cannot expect either Constitution or Congress to reign in this unruly narcissist. Obama’s ultimate goal is to disarm the people. Since essentially all reliable research disproves the notion that gun control reduces crime (in fact, gun control is clearly associated with an increase in violent crime), it is clear that the President must have another agenda for disarming the people. The question that peace-loving patriots such as we need to be asking ourselves is, when the government comes to disarm the people, how do we protect ourselves, while avoiding bloodshed? Will our military follow the illegal and immoral orders of the Commander in Chief, or will they side with the people when the aggressors come against us? Will a President so willing to violate the Constitution and his oath of office stop at ANY action against the people of this country? Or is this a dictatorship in progress?
I have no doubt Obama will issue an executive order to diminish gun ownership and if contested by the NRA the supreme court will uphold Obama's order.
Why do I say this? Just look at all the restrictive gun laws already issued by New York, Calif., etc..
They all violate the constitution yet they all are upheld and even praised by some judges and politicians. The second amendment is the only amendment which places a restriction on all levels of government to keep hands off of gun ownership. The phrase "shall not be infringed" means do not hinder in any way or by any means in preventing "the people to own and bear arms".
Therefore, Background checks are unconstitutional, banning the purchase of any firearm is unconstitutional, banning of any type of ammunition is unconstitutional.
Read the second amendment! It's not rocket science, it's plain English.
However, the state legislatures either do not understand the English language or they believe they are above the law. This might be a shock to some, but the only amendment which places a restriction on the federal government is the first amendment, but does not restrict any other level of government.
Which means the states CAN make laws establishing a religion and do all the other things in the amendment which is prohibited by the Congress.
