Obama's Template For "Nat. Affirmative Action Programs" In 2nd Term: SOUTH AFRICA TODAY!

**** Imagine if we had a Republican senator or congressman/woman confronting the Obama administration for designing an affirmative action program (say, hypothetically in 2015) that ejected millions of white middle class employed literally 'out of the work force' in order to create a system of "parity justice for Progressive minorities" to be hired? Imagine a U.S. world of economic debt internalized and so enchained by an Obama 2nd term that a 'cascade of arbitrary executive orders' forcing socialist economics redistributed white middle class jobs to less-educated minorities "under a basic principle of fairness and justice." I would call that action the rule of toxic waste deficits, or in other words: the defaulted, dismal record of Obama's 1st term of little growth and 21% unemployment/underemployment from years 2008-2012. It isn't outside the range of the possible!

The perturbing star of Obama Politics in its ugliest nature, is unconstrained racial and class bigotry, meant to swell unmanageable levels of fiscal deficits, class warfare jealousies, and a populist infrastructure base that is totally dependent on government subsistence with no democratic resilience.

But that is where things stand in South Africa, a nation that has 15% of its 4.5 million whites living below the poverty line because most were extracted from the middle class by a racially-biased quota system of affirmative action programs begun in 1994 when Nelson Mandela became that nation's first black president. White unemployment doubled between 1995 and 2005, according to the Institute for Security Studies. The ruling black ANC (African National Congress) ignores the 600,000 poor whites by practicing a 'policy of diffusing' them in squatter camps living on the fringes of society groping among the chickens and sharing a living space with dog and cat waste, perhaps fulfilling some die-hard wish to avenge a previous apartheid-scourge. The ANC wants to give some blacks "a bigger slice of the pie" at the expense of its poorest white citizens, as it underplays their suffering, and the suffering of millions of blacks as well in over 2,000 squatter settlements of their own. It's a strange, racial game of degrading socialistic-Russian roulette being toyed with millions of lives. Around the capital of Pretoria alone there are 80 white squatter settlements, full of mostly unskilled whites who "find themselves on the wrong side of history" caught like millions of blacks inside the failed economic safety net with absolutely no hope of civil service, state-owned industry, or private industry hire.

Many of the white poor once had homes in middle class neighborhoods and had worked for decades in professions before losing their livelihood to the ostracism of the ANC government "that introduced affirmative action laws that made hiring practices unjust to whites based on their history." Many black leaders in the ANC government believe it is a just comeuppance, but it is really distrust and revenge compounded over decades for all "foreigners" -- mostly Afrikaners who are descendants of early Dutch and French 17th Century settlers.

Dennis Boshoff, 38, a resident of Coronation Park squatter camp in Krugersdorp west of Johannesburg (ironically a park built on the land of a concentration camp for Dutch Afrikaners held by the British soldiers during the Boer War, 1899-1902) sees himself as a victim of 'reverse-apartheid'. He sees the white Afrikaners as fatalists and isolationists in the strait between a personal and family feeling of victimization and one of abandonment by the ruling party of the state.

"Blacks get more than whites at the moment. They're being pulled forward against us," he declared. "That's why all of us are here. It's very unfair because they told us it was going to be equal (when Affirmative Action laws were passed), but it's not equal."

It never will be! In 2009 when President Zuma (*see Reuters: "Tough Times for White South Africans" - 3/26/2010 by Finbarr O'Reilly) visited a white squatter camp ahead of his election he showed 'shock and surprise' at the deplorable conditions found in the camp.

He spoke indignantly about black poverty stating white poverty mustn’t be ignored because it "may prove to be an embarrassment to talk about," yet he won his election in spite of such a racist statement. Like Obama he is not nagged by a media seeking the truth, but one that serves his private political requirement to flout the condition of white poverty as a necessary evil for the re-birth of 'party justice'.

Three years later (April 13, 2012) Anton Alberts, a Freedom Front Plus MP asked Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant of the Zuma Administration why there was no study done in the nearly two decade existence of these intolerable laws that prevent whites from regaining their foothold. She insisted there was no need for a study because there was absolute proof in her mind that Affirmative Action programs in South Africa were non-discriminatory. It was a remark that merited a full-room of fascist applause! The socialist bigotry of the ANC rivaled in her superfluous instant that moment of Adolf Hitler's own denial of Nazi concentration camps for 'radicals, Jews, and communists' both before and after the start of WW II.

It appears SA Labor Minister Oliphant isn't happy with the snail's pace of job transformation going on in African business. Her desire appears to do whatever is necessary to reduce white private Top Management from 77% to half that. And at the same time increase black private Senior Management from 35% to double that, admitting at the 11th CEE Annual Report Meeting (8/3/2011) that she intends to press against "the pure resistance by the captains of the industries in embracing change to create conducive working environments that are accommodative to all people irrespective of race, gender, or disability."

There can be no doubt in reading this report (much of it available in an article titled: "Oliphant Aghast at Snail's Pace of Transformation" - on Politics Web SA (4/12/2012)) that the ANC and its Labor Minister intend to erase "the dark mark" of history by implementing more drastic laws and measures of affirmative action to curtail the highest rungs of leadership of that nation's "socio-economic partners." Such "business controlling partnerships" of a totalitarian 1-party state were fully implemented of course by the leaders of the 3rd Reich ministers of industry like one Wilhelm Frick, who was responsible for the Nuremberg Laws of 1935 that made Jews second-class citizens in Germany. The pogrom on-going in South Africa against its poor and white middle class is based solely upon the implementation over a decade of major discriminatory laws intended to make them pariahs in a black South Africa. For this reason over a million white South Africans have emigrated rather than become 'political prisoners' of the ANC government that willingly wishes them to leave. Another shade of the Nazi Germany plight repeated here!

Oliphant intends to, she says in the CEE Annual Report, to refute (like Zuma consistently does himself) and negate "the perceptions and debates going around that Affirmative Action is discriminatory. In fact, the data submitted by employers (*18,534 affirmative action compliance reports were received in her department and reviewed covering more than 5,200,000 employees) reconfirms that there is a will and commitment by decision-makers in the labor market to implement Affirmative Action, as this can be one of the effective tools to address the imbalances and inequalities of the past."

However there are grey zones where slippage is occurring, she says in her closing remarks. Such areas found, when found, will be reviewed and amended to the Affirmative Action Act, with a need if necessary to TIGHTEN certain provisions of the Act "in order to deter employers from circumventing its intentions and purpose" by enforcing stiffer penalties and fines.

Here is a black market of national politics dealing in exorbitant and uncontrolled prejudices meant to inevitably punish all its citizens deemed to be "inmates."

Welcome to the ruthless bigoted business practices of South Africa that metamorphosed the astringent methodology of the Black ANC Labor Front in a rivalry unmatched and unseen since the constitutional loss of personal liberties under Adolf Hitler. You can believe dissent, like inside Hitler's Germany, will soon not be an option. It is only a matter of a short time before protests from the upper echelons of business and from the residents of the squatter camps will be prohibited by even more "fair and just laws" affirmed by a dangerous on-going surveillance conducted by the ANC-Gestapo within.
