Occupy Wall Street wants to burn down Macy's in New York on Thursday, using Molotov Cocktails or other devices. They said it themselves. This is the location of the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" and the endpoint of the Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, something you may have watched on television with your family.
American Thinker forwards reports that the OWS protesters may have been stockpiling weapons.

Deputy Mayor Cas Holloway filed a motion on behalf of the city today opposing a court order requiring the NYPD to allow Occupy Wall Street demonstrators back into Zuccotti Park. In more ways than one, the left is "out of the closet" in their attempt to destroy moral values and private property and public safety. And planned disruptive attacks are probably not limited to Manhattan. One could easily surmise that if they meet with success in their insurrection rehearsal/dry run in cities on the East and West Coasts where the most media coverage exists, they would then try to take this revolt nationwide to every city and town where they have enough people to cause chaos. We are close to having to defend the America we once knew from something more than people in tents with iPhones.

If someone would have told you two months ago that Oakland's port would be closed by a mob, would you have believed it? Believe it now.

Also, today's Village Voice has an article (Occupational Hazards by Rosie Gray) that states "On the topic of going indoors, one idea getting kicked around is occupying foreclosed buidings. If you go to the link above in my article and click on the "takethesquare.net" (Nov. 17th National Day of Action) link, you will read about multi neighborhood demonstrations that look more like a show of force to me. Yes, I am offering an opinion here based on much daily reading of OWS news reports, two visits to Zuccotti Park and seven years of internet blogging. If you want to believe that the "firebomb Macy's" words were just a kid's bravado remark, do so.
I contend the only thing stopping this mob is the NY Police - and not their own lack of will to firebomb Macy's, Corey. Besides, you live far away from the scene of these potential problems in your corner of Connecticut to easily dismiss them as not effecting your life negatively.

They are most defiantly not a majority; ironically, they are better to be labeled the '1%' or less in this country......anyway.....there are just too many 'gun toting, crazy right-wing Christian red-neck tea-party zombies' like me that would be more than happy to dispatch them should they become violent in my neighborhood.
