Newt.....What a Rascal!

I wanted to share this little excerpt on Governor "Mittens" with the members of Tea Party Nation at a time when the political environment as of late has been so serious and at times downright nasty. As many of us may know, Newt has been known for his controversial remarks and has an uncanny knack for unmerciful comebacks when he is the object of attacks and is forced to defend himself as he has recently. Lets face it, he's one of the most controversial political figures of our time, which I believe has added to his appeal in many ways. Love him or not, fan or no fan, whatever he does he does with dedication and a real sense of effort, purpose, and conviction. So in the spirit of breaking up all the seriousness and political monotony, I thought it would be fun to share this clip of Newt's clever handy-work with the members of TPN simply for the sake of a hardy laugh at a time when we all have been nothing but serious these last few weeks. Not that this 2012 election cycle isn't serious, because indeed it is more than ever. But sometimes you just need to take a break and have a little laugh folks. Perhaps some of the Newt supporters like myself have already seen this on Newt's site but for those who are not and have not, click on the link below. I found it not only humorous but very creative.  Some of our seniors on this site may even recognize the background music that accompanies it. "Babes In Toyland" ring a bell? Yes, Newt is a rascal.
