This info needs to get out now (before Sunday) and news of alternative veterans' protest sites isn't being written about or broadcast anywhere near enough.
The main Million Vet March will be in Washington this Sunday at 9 am, Oct. 13th. But I want readers here to know that if they can't get to D.C., there will be various rallies of veterans and their supporters in many states. You can find these events at https://1mvetmarch.wordpress.com/rally-points/
For example, in the Northeast,
Connecticut vets will rally near Hartford at the Iwo Jima Memorial at 9 am Sunday. New Jersey vets at their state's Vietnam Memorial. New York vets will rally at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 55 Water Street (near the southern tip of Manhattan island).
I believe others vet groups will rally at their state capitols, but that isn't fully set up. Check websites and Facebook and do a search on "Million Vet March" or "Million Vet March on the Memorials" to see what you can find as being organized within your state.
