Keep Pot Illegal

When I was in jail for tax evasion there were a lot of guys doing time for selling pot. Big deal. Let them take their punishments and shut up. They did. They weren’t like the whiners out in the free world who insist on smoking pot and want it legal.

Legal, smegel. When I was young I tripped on pot. I could have killed myself. Weed in unstable hands can be dangerous.

Alcohol is legal. It kills thousands of people a year in traffic accidents. Isn’t that enough? Do we have to add pot freak-outs, memory lapses, silliness and highway misjudgments to the mix?

What morons say that it’s not fair that we can drink and not smoke? It’s not a matter of fairness. It’s a matter of sparing idiots from their idiocy. Or at least limiting them.

Keep pot illegal. Those potheads made welcome company in the joint. Let them do their time. Just please quit whining about it.

Comment by Motivated Opposition on February 10, 2013 at 3:28pm: Gonna be funny to watch potheads, who are now enjoying super high grade weed, start to come unglued when the FDA and others begin to regulate THC levels in cannabis and they go from hydro to schwag and federal penalties similar to those that bar the manufacture and distribution of hard liquor.

If they had any sense, they'd stick with a movement to decriminalize more. But hey, potheads ain't very bright. I wasn't very bright when I used.

And I hear you about whiney felons. Old school cons that I know laugh at the current crop of whiney felons that can't do time like a man. I remember old cons who were proud to say things like, "Yeah, I did 12 months in the hole. I can do 5 years in general population standing on my head. The cons who went on strike in GA prisons were scorned and derided by old school cons, according to a guy I know who pulled 5 years for gun possession.
