If we need NATIONAL HEALTHCARE?

If all the people in the USA need National Healthcare, why not put everyone on Medicare and make it better? The President and Congress and all federal employees, Military and yes, Unions, also everyone in the 50 states. Then find a way to stop the robbery by EVERYONE INVOLVED,  including elected officals, hospitals, doctors and other providers throughout the nation, also the People? My point is simply this, Medicare and Social Security was robbed by a lot of dirty, rotten, filthy people, but when Providers OVERCHARGE and the system does not catch it or IT"S too politically important and the system looks the other way or Medicare employees are inefficient, The name it's being called is, "Medicare is going broke", THE REAL TERM IS ROBBERY.....WHAT SAY YOU AMERICA?
