By virtue of his  over-reaching abuse of specifically designated Constitutional Presidential Powers through his actions this date 16JAN2013 in the signing of 23 Executive Orders circumventing the guaranteed Second Amendment Rights of American Citizens, Barack Hussein Obama has essentially chosen to declare war on all Free Americans.  His egregious violation of his own sworn Oath to "Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution" is tantamount to an outright Act of Treason, certainly worthy of Impeachment.

In choosing to INFRINGE upon Second Amendment Rights of all Americans guaranteed to us in the US Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama has decided to place himself ABOVE that very same Constitution, while at the same time choosing to disregard specific Constitutional RESTRICTIONS placed upon the Presidency, as well as the rightful limitations placed upon his authority therein.

These wrongful actions, in violation of Constitutional Limits of Power allocated to the Office of the Presidency (The Office, NOT the Man) are once again indicative of his intention to establish a Totalitarian Imperial Presidency, with unlimited Dictatorial Powers.

 

He has repeatedly circumvented Congressional Oversight by virtue of his appointing DOZENS of Czars, answerable ONLY to him.  He has issued Executive Orders so frequently that the normal legislative process via Congressional action is no longer even a consideration worthy of his concern.  He has actively minimized the functionality of both the Senate and House of Representatives.  He has forced a hugely unpopular Healthcare Program (OBAMACARE) upon a country which protested strongly against that further abusive power grab.

 

 

He continues to erode the very foundations of what defines America as a Country "Of the People, By the People, and For the People".

 

It is now being transformed into the country OF Obama, BY Obama, and FOR Obama.  Such centralization of complete POWER in one man is diametrically opposed to the ideas of a FREE America.

 

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has virtually declared that Constitutional Guarantees of the American People are IRRELEVANT and will be superceded by HIS Executive Orders, establishing NEW LAW, whether the People approve or not.

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has virtually declared that 224 years of Constitutional Guarantees for the American People can be ERASED by the stroke of HIS Pen.

 

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has dishonored his Oath, his Office, his Party, and his country.

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has had the audacity to stand on the coffins of dead innocents (including children) pushing his liberal political agenda to establish unlawful gun control legislation in direct violation of Constitutional proscriptions against such action.

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has made himself an OPPRESSOR of the American People.  And in so doing, he has chosen to be an ENEMY to the American People.

 

By his actions this day, 16JAN2013, Barack Hussein Obama has virtually Declared a WAR upon Americans' Constitutional Rights which are Universal, inalienable, and which "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED".

The repercussions of his actions this date are yet to be seen.

 

Several States within the USA have already publicly notified the Federal Government that ANY such Executive Fiat legislation issued by Barack Hussein Obama will be considered UNLAWFUL, and shall NOT be enforced within the confines of those States.  County Sheriffs across the Country have announc ed their intentions to ARREST any federal agent attempting to implement these UNLAWFUL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL Edicts of Barack Hussein Obama.

 

These are DANGEROUS times... made even MORE dangerous... by the continuing abusive over-reach for more Centralized Presidential Power by Barack Hussein Obama.

 

America is a FREE Nation.  Americans are a FREE People.  We will NOT be shackled.  And as the Second Amendment plainly states"... the RIGHT of the People to Keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" !

 

I pray that our Country will survive this grievous attack on the Rights of the American People by a Power-Crazed Socialist aspiring Dictator Hell-Bent on IMPOSING HIS WILL.
