Florida Family Association takes on the Muslim Brotherhood
More and more Americans are learning about the Muslim Brotherhood in America. Among those are the members of the Florida Family Association (FFA). The FFA recently sent out an e-mail about national Islamic leader Ahmed Bedier and his relationship with the City of Tampa. David Caton, Executive Director of FFA states:
It says a lot about the progressive political beliefs of officials at the City of Tampa when the president of their civil rights organization Ahmed Bedier (pictured right):
- is leading a national effort through United Voices for America to oppose federal legislation that would prohibit American courts from recognizing Sharia law.
- as director of the Tampa office of the Council on Islamic-American Relations defended Sami Al Arian, who was indicted and plead to federal charges of raising support for a Palestinian terrorist organization.
- as director of the Tampa office of the Council on Islamic-American Relations spoke on behalf of Youssef Megahed one of two University of South Florida students who were arrested for allegedly carrying pipe bombs near the Goose Creek, S.C a naval base and Megahed was arrested later for deportation.
- lobbying efforts as director of the Tampa office of the Council on Islamic-American Relations resulted in the Hillsborough County School Board removing Yom Kippur and Good Friday from the school calendar even after nearly sixty percent of the students (supported by parents) protested by staying home from school on subsequent Good Fridays.
For the record Ahmed Bedier’s blog states: “Ahmed Bedier has NEVER met with anyone accused of terrorism. The source of this fabricated smear is a network of right-wing anti-Arab racist extremists. Bedier has been praised by the FBI Tampa field office for keeping nation safe (see video) and has excellent relations with local law enforcement. The right-wing bloggers want the public to believe that Bedier has law enforcement and the FBI fooled.” Click here to read AhmedBedier.blogspot.com
It would be interesting to hear Mr. Bedier reconcile his blog statement “Ahmed Bedier has NEVER met with anyone accused of terrorism” with the above points two and three regarding Sami Al Arian and Youssef Magahed.
David goes on to point out, "Tampa officials and political allies are clearly embracing Islamic leaders without regard for policies that could change traditional American values. And as we have seen with Michigan what grows in one community will likely spread to others."
To counter this move by shariah Islamists like Ahmed Bedier, Florida Family Associationis in the process of developing a new web site called Welcometotampafl.org. They plan to use the site to educate people about the situation in Tampa using specialized web placement.
Floridians and Americans are waking up to the threat of shariah Islam. It is about time.

I could provide literally thousands of examples of Muslim destruction of Christians and our churches, but don't wish to try dominate the blog. Please bear in mind that the link below contains extremely graphic photographs of the destruction of a Catholic church in Baghdad by Muslims. The Muslims burst into the church service, demanding that the priests renounce Jesus Christ and embrace Islam. To their credit, the two priests present told the jihadists to please let the congregation go, and whatever they wished to them. Not one person that church gave up their faith that day, although most lost their lives, including the three week old baby girl who was there to be baptized, and was beheaded instead:

It seems to me that many are not paying full attention - Islam in its desire to create a New World Wide Caliphate has invaded America, England, Europe and other non-muslim nations with very active and too sucessful 5th Columns - just pointing that out and talking about it is fine, but it does not do anythng to fight the problem if ALL TRUE AMERICANS DO NOT ACT - OUr leaders like the Tea Partys, those they support in Congress, thos running for the Republican Nomination, and talking heads like Rush & Hannity are not fighting this battle in any way - they don't even talk about it - maybe like those Americans (?) that are not fighting this problem, on't care ot don';t give a Damn.

Hmmm...for those of you going back and forth with the Protestant/Catholic angle, may I gently remind everyone here that Muslims kill Protestants and Catholics with equal enthusiasm, and are killing Christians and destroying/burning Christian churches of all denominations around the world, even as I write this. Any building with Christian worship in it and a cross on top gets destroyed, as far as they are concerned. Let's focus on our common enemy. Muslims around the world are united in war against all of us.

Thanks for your input Camilla, Gail and Michael. We are in spiritual warfare where we are fighting among ourselves while being driven from our seat of moral responsibility for this Constitutional Republic by atheist progressives and theocratic Islamists. Create a vacuum and be assured it will be filled. These two, like the Nazis and Communists in the 1930's will be at each others throats after cooperating to destroy the social order while the bewildered masses in the middle are being slaughtered. Progressives want to see only 500 million population on earth. Islamists want to see only true believers in their varied interpretations and authorities. The difference is we are a people who love life facing those who worship death.
As for Mary, I pointed her out as a common thread for reconciliation between the monotheistic religions. There has been much revelation and many miracles since the Apostles. The key is to assure these don't counter the established body of Truth found in the Bible - which was codified in the 4th Century, assembling all the writings and Traditions, discerning their accuracy and finalizing it... sometimes over a few dead bodies. Remember, Jesus taught that love fulfills the Law in its entirety.
Be careful not to hate Mary because you disagree with the Catholic teachings of her role in the redemptive process. Like Moses and Elijah at Jesus' Transfiguration, Mary has appeared many times to exhort people to prayer and repentance and to come to believe in and love her Son. She fulfills the OT role of Bathsheba, King Solomon's mother as Queen Mother. Camilla's example was a good one. Queen Mothers are not kings or God.
Among her many appearances, three come to mind worth Googling: her appearances as Our Lady of Guadalupe; as Our Lady of Fatima and Our Lady of Medugorje. In 1531 Mexico she fulfilled an ancient Aztec prophecy by appearing on the hill of Tepeyac to young Juan Diego. She wanted him to deliver a message to the local Bishop who was having a hard time converting the Aztecs. She told him to take roses to the Bishop (in December at 7,000 ft!). He found them on Tepeyac and bundled them in his tilma. When he saw the Bishop he dropped the tilma open and the roses fell at his feet and a beautiful portrait of Mary appeared on the tilma. Filled with symbolism, the portrait sees her in prayer, standing in front of the sun, atop the moon, and her cloak covered with stars - all things Aztecs worshiped. She is above their items of worship but not a goddess. The cross on her necklace was like the ones at the missions. In 7 years 8 million Aztecs came to believe in Jesus. Perhaps she could help us bring Islam into the same belief - maybe by appearing in Mecca during Hajj! At Fatima, she appeared to four children and performed a miracle before thousands while warning of the sins of Communism (Progressivism today)
There's something about childlike faith that helps us see the Kingdom more clearly. I love II Chronicles 7:14. Thanks for bringing it up.

Her powers are the powers of intercession! No one is closer to Jesus than his mother, silly people. Remember when she asked her Son to help at the wedding to turn the water into wine? He wasn't prepaired to begin his journey of miracles and He told her as such.......BUT Jesus did what his mother asked of him anyway. So Gail and Michael, you take Mr. Todd's words out of context and just because you believe what you believe does not make it so. We can always ask The Madonna for her intercession.

Mary was not a perpetual virgin - only until she gave birth to Jesus - and she is NOT a co-redemdrix with Christ - that is an abominal heresy - making her equal to God - Mohammed's beliefs on this is another heresy - tradition and other people's thoughts or "visions" should not take the place of scripture - this is a basic premise of the Reformation - why people believe this is beyond me - I know that no more revelation was after the apostles - otherwise even the "elect" could be led astray with all the visions and "prophets" that have come since

Dr. Todd, Mary is NOT God and she is NOT the Mother of God; she herself needed a Saviour, which, if you read the New Testament, you will see.
She has no special power; rather, what this nation needs is found in II Chronicles 7:14 -
If my people (Christians)
shall: 1. Humble themselves.
2. And pray.
3. And seek my face.
4. And turn from their wicked ways.
Then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
We don't need Mary, WE NEED Jesus!!!! We need to put the God of the Bible first. The Founders of this nation did and God has blessed us greatly. However, God's people across this nation have grown cold. WE NEED REVIVAL!!!!
