EPA Terrorizing Land Owners

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case of an Idaho couple who are the latest victims of an out of control Federal government.    

In 2005 small business owners Mike and Chantell Sackett purchased a residential lot near Priest Lake Idaho where they hoped to build their "dream home".  But when officials from the Environmental Protection Agency showed up at the building site the Sacketts soon realized that their dream had turned into a nightmare.
