The real problem is that the average voter, the average citizen, does not even realize that their rights are being violated. They do not even understand that what Obama does is wrong, what the two political parties do is wrong. They do not know what the Constitution is. They are afraid of retaliation. This is what happens in politics. You do what your leaders tells you to do, regardless of right or wrong. The only way to stand up to a corrupt system is to have the power, money and a large group of people willing to stand with you. That will defeat the criminals in government. The problem is gathering up enough people willing to make these changes.
Yes, to become a politician, you need a ton of money, friends, etc. Do you notice many are lawyers to get into politics. Its an easy transistion, since both rely on winning at all cost, lie, cheat, steal, fabricate and deceive for a win. Win at all cost, ethics and morals takes a back seat.
Many in the Republican party cant win the Presidency with the culture we have today, the lack of moral compass in this culture. A moral and ethical religious Rep will never win, one who stands on principals, believes in personal responsibility, earning and achieving, smaller government, social justice and following the Constitution. Too many immoral ignorant twits vote, want Entitlements,dont care about the USA. They care about free stuff on the backs of others,nothing else matters. That is why the Party that bribes the most, The progressive party will always win. 51% does not care about what you can do for your country, its what your country can give you for a vote. Its about bribes using taxpayers dollars for bribes and promises of power positions. Its all immoral, inefficiency and incompetence rewarded with no accountability or consequences. Until me demand efficiency, hold the government accountable for its immoral behavior, nothing changes. They continue to screw the people, tell the people tolerance and acceptance, dont stand up, just accept things the way they are. When we stand up and say "We have had it, not going to take it anymore" nothing changes. Too many people dont want to get involved to save America. They care about their self and family, screw everyone else. This is where we are today David, selfish, arrogance and narcissitic America, apathy and tolerance towards immoral behavior, stay uninvolved to stay our to trouble to avoid retaliation. We go as the Romans.

Not so much an apathy, but a fear of being shot down on false charges. If you're not already in the system, no new members are allowed unless you bring in tons of money with you, a lot like racing . You have to prove you have money to be able to represent the little guy. Ironic, isn't it?
Also, how many people can withstand the media colonoscopy? Not many. I would think. Today, it's not what you can bring to the table to help your city, state or country; it's what you can bring to the table to help your party.

Americans have been taught tolerance and acceptance for powerful people that are corrupt. We are taught to dont rock the boat, look the other way, accept fraud, accept moral behavior, just move forward. Dont judge, criticize, evualuted or demand change, just let it me. That has happened over the last 30 years of my life, that I have witnessed. You cant have the Judge and Jury be the same, yet this happens all the time. In politics, the President, Congress and the Supreme Court are Judge and Jury. They decide what laws to follow and ones to simply ignore. This goes on in school and business, everyday society. Its like a policeman who witnesses a car going 75MPH in a 55MPH zone. He/she decides to arrest or not. When policemen misbehave, they have others cover-up for them. Same with lawyers, doctors, teachers, etc. Each system has others covering up for them. BO can do whatever he wants by ignoring and violating the Constitution. He has his party to protect him against accountability and consequences. So why not run for a 3rd, 4th, 5th term? No one in Congress is willing to enforce the Constitution. Why should a Congressman leave when they lose an election? They should stay. Since we the people dont care about powerful people enforcing the laws, why should they? We need to throw him out, along with the criminals in congress, supreme court, etc. There is way to much corruption in DC. No one wants to step up and do anything, so status quo, we accept and tolerate a corrupt government, unwilling to enforce the rule of law. Apathy has set in, no one cares to step up and put a stop to this insanity.

A caller on Rush Limbaugh's program today said that all his friends (none of whom voted for Obama, I believe) expect these things to happen: 1) the Supreme Court will uphold Obama's taking away of our guns, 2) Obama will be elected to a THIRD term in 2016 . . . ! He said so many people are dependent on government, etc., for their very lives that their will be an outcry to keep him in office--possibly to install him PERMANENTLY as President/King/Czar . . . ! (Can you imagine the looks on the Founding Fathers' collective faces at this one!)

The media will turn over every rock to find something on the Doc, while they STILL stand idly by and cover up as obama still coasts along on his free ride as NOTHING about his past and education is scrutinized. Everything about obama is suspect yet the media's biggest orgasmic fit to date is Rubio's drink of water. Is this not INSANE??
