Are the Stimulus Programs RICO Act Violations?

Good Evening

Two days ago I sent out a letter to all my supporters (See the Letter below) disucssing "Using the Schools To Turn the US Into a Communist Nation" (AKA Death of Free Will") A copy of this was sent to former policy adivsor for President Ronald Reagan Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt the author of "Death of Free Will" .

Several hours later she replied back thanking for my my "excellent overview of what has happened to our schools and what is coming down the pike." and having "a keen and very comprehensive understanding of the agenda".

Only hours after I published the message which was also sent to several elected state officials across the US, a news article was released. 730 US schools trying to reinvent themselves "The federal government enticed 730 schools across the nation to reinvent themselves this school year. Even the arrogant openess of saying Schools are "Reinventing" themselves showed remarkablly undeniable evidence that our shcools have been one of the key tools used to create the US Into a Communits Nation.

Individuals and States are threatened by the federal government to pay taxes. Then in exchange they are given small portions of that money back if the capitulate to the whims of the federal government (the reward system) also the B.F Pavlovian/Skinnerian Performance-based workforce training agendea (AKA Radical Behavior Modification agenda).

Racketeering includes a devise known as "protection racket" ("I will make you an offer you can't refuse") It is an extortion scheme whereby a group or individual coerces by threats or other means, who are less powerful to pay money. In exchage allegedly for protection against external threats. Many racketeers coerce potential victims into buying protection through property damage or other harassment. In some cases, the racketeers do little to protect the client from other predators, and often times create more damage then they promise and their "protection" is little more than extortion. So When nearly a third of all schools decide to be coerced to get a small piece back in tax dollars the state and taxpayer paid in ("their piece $500 million set aside for transforming schools")

This is nothing less than what is defined as Racketeering under the RICO Act. When you do this you are arrested, your property raided and seized. you are put on a Terrorist Watch List" But when the federal government does this. it is called Stimulus Programs. Race to the Flop (I mean Top) and No Child Included, (I mean left behind). Individuals

like Arne Duncan say it is done because too many children are failing to learn. When infact it is not they are failing to learn they are not interested in being indoctrinated. Parents should be made aware of what has been done through the US Department of Education for over 50 years by using the Pavlovian/Skinnerian models known as radical behavior modification theories coming straight out of the same ideals and logic inside the USSR.

All this has its roots with John D.Rockefeller, Jr.’s Director of Charity for the Rockefeller Foundation, Frederick T. Gates, who set up the Southern Education Board. In 1913 the organization was incorporated into the General Education Board. These boards set in motion The Dumbing Down of America”. With that I leave you with the pamphlet that was mailed to all my friends, I hope you will share this with all of your friends. Help to restore America .

Earl Lofland US Congressional candidate (Delware) 2010

Carnegie Corporation published little volume on education entitled Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies (Charles Scribner’s Sons: N.Y. 1934) With $340,000 funding,this little book called for using the schools to turn the United States into a socialist nation. “To extinguish the free will is to strike the conscience with death, for both have but one and the same life.” – WILLIAM ELLERY CHANNING (AMERICAN MORALIST, UNITARIAN CLERGYMAN AND AUTHOR, 1780-1842)

I write to you today with some very important news every parent; every grandparent; every teacher; every student should be made aware of.

For over 30 years the US Dept of Education has been operating under the Pavlovian/Skinnerian Theories. This has proven to be nothing more than destructive models for our children's education, and caused the dumbing down of American intellect for at least 2 generations.

As more states pay tax money into the federal government, where their money is then redistribute back into their education system, with strings attached, more problems in the quality of a child's education occur. Is this because of the lack of federal funding? Or, is it because of the destructive models that are used within the education system, which states education systems are forced to use under the US Dept. of Education? If it were the lack of funding; why is it, each time an increase in funding to the education system — from the federal government was increased the quality of education decreased and students were leaving high school less educated?

How many students today can recite the Declaration of Independence? Or know more than 15 of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Though Delaware only has 3 county's how many students today know at the names of at least 10 of their states governors? During the 1940s, The North Carolina School system required students to know the name of each county and the county seat. How many students today can do that?

Since the Pavlovian/Skinnerian formulas were introduced into the school curriculums there has been an abundance of failures in students achieving a higher standard of learning.

Read the entire memo here.

Ronald,
You have a keen understanding of the problems.

We all must remind the real issue at hand is the child. It is America’s children who are experiencing the full brunt of the new methods, new curricula and new agendas in the classroom.

America’s transition from a sovereign constitutional republic to a socialist democracy did not come about through the warfare using bullets and tanks. Many Americans have died in other wars to protect the freedoms being taken away in this one. This war which produces the death of intellect and freedom is
not waged by a foreign enemy, but by the silent enemy in the ivory towers, in our own government, and in tax-exempt foundations. What should be recognized as another kind of war:
• one fought using psychological methods;
• a one-hundred-year war;
• a different, more deadly war than any in which our country has ever been involved;
• a war about which the average American hasn’t the foggiest idea.

It is imperative to realize we must use the same strategies or the Art of War which was used to create this problem to become victorious in “Restoring the nation. First one must understand; War is the means to an end. And that end is almost always governed by politics.
Then one must ask what is the form of politics that is at the end of that war? In this case is was Socialist Totalitarianism which was (Yes- WAS) the end result.

T.H. Bell, U.S. Secretary of Education in the 1980’s for the Reagan Administration said: “[We] need to create a crisis to get consensus in order to bring about change.” he also conformed to accepting the Pavlovian/Skinnerian animal training methods when he stated:
"There are three things to emphasize in teaching: The first is motivation, the second is motivation, and the third is (you guessed it) motivation."

It does not take a vast number of heavily armed forces to obtain victory. For this was created with very little effort and very few very dedicated individuals who laid the seeds over a long period of time producing more each generation.

In order to win a battle one must know the “real” enemy . Otherwise, the result is shooting in the dark - often hitting those least responsible for the mayhem and causing further damage than good.
We must not only identify the “real” enemy; recruit and convert the enemies forces; take a more effective approach to this war—be they plain, ordinary citizens, elected officials, or traditional teachers— all who have been given the ammunition to fight — advancing to gain ground and to ultimately obtaining absolute victory.

This is the most important questions that can be asked:
Are you at the point of realizing this war is a do or die situation for you personally; your family collectively; and for the future of your country?

A good leader is very hard to find. One that will lead by example and not by words alone. One that will be active in every aspect possible— running for office is one of the tasks that can be done in accomplishing victory. Being involved and asking the hard questions without feeling threatened by the persecutions that are often used to target resisters.

The first communist movements all over the world began gaining momentum by seeking out the resisters and then using all the tools available to squash their voice. The media has been used and it is important that you find individuals in your local area who are part of the media and win their minds .

This is not a battle that will be won overnight. For though it may have some of the high ground. There is always —Always a counter measure that will bring victory to every theater.

Schools have more important things to do than to teach reading, writing and arithmetic- like the gay agenda, how America is an evil imperialistic empire and how capitalism is morally wrong.  Our problem is that we don't know what the real priorities are.  There's no question about the dumbing down of America.  Is it easier to control ignorant uninformed fools ignorant of history or  educated people taught to engage in independent and critical thinking? A school district near me no longer teachers students to write in script per the theory that it's not necessary because everyone uses keyboards now.  Under this rationale, students don't need to learn basic addition or subtraction because they could use a calculator.  Here, a school district is making its students functionally illiterate and what is even sadder is the parents permitted this. Here is another example of a true story.  Another school near me wanted to pose the following question to students- If Farmer Gray has ten apples and gives four of them to Farmer Blue, how does Farmer Gray feel?  I am not making this up.  Shouldn't the question be how many apples does Farmer Gray have left?  And I couldn't answer how Framer Grays feels unless I know if he gave the apples voluntarily, sold them at a profit or was told to give them to Farmer Blue by the government. In any event, who cares how Farmer Gray feels?  This is what is passing as education in America.  Is it any wonder that despite all the money spent America is number 16 in terms of education in the world, that only 30 percent of those working have a college degree (not that having a college degree makes one intelligent).  What we have today is educated ignorance.  A friend of mine who has been a law clerk for a judge for 25 years told me he cannot believe what is submitted to the Court by new lawyers who are supposedly educated.  They can't put four sentences together in a coherent logical manner.  He has seen the decline in writing skills.  My brother teaches in a college and he can't believe how many of his students are unable to demonstrate basic writing skills.  It's not the fault of the students.  It's the fault of teachers' unions, teachers and the National Education Assoication whose primary goal is to turn out good little Leftists.  Unfortunately, most cannot afford to send their kids to private schools. But let's vote for the new school budge and doing it for the kids. I saw an eighth grade exam from 1898 needed to pass in order to enter high school. Most college kids today couldn't pass this test.
