Senator Dianne Feinstein,
I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.
I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.
I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.
I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.
We, the people, deserve better than you.

Boston, and as a show of unity for others of like mind, I am copying and pasting the Cpl.'s message into an email of my own and sending it to Feinstein. She is one of my Senators (unfortunately) and maybe, just maybe, if he is innundated with this message she might actually listen to the people SHE WORKS FOR for a change. Anyone else want to give it a try?

We the people are not going to stand by and have our rights walked on, or taken away by the left wing nuts in DC...Feinstein, Boxer the Clintons or Reid, and that Gooes Steppen Jew Chuck Schumer, he of all people should as does know what a disarmed, public becomes, He best reread the History of World War II, and what his forefathers went through and died over.. The lack of a way to defend (Them Self) Defense or private defense is a countermeasure that involves defending oneself, one's property, and ones Liberty... The right to defend one's self is an inherent right !! The values of that liberal is ( God Given ). Or maybe, law enforcement and the politicians should be held accountable for every crime committed. I like this idea because it forces them to stand on what they say.
Comment by Frank Haydock on January 2, 2013 at 7:31am If we are not going to allow self-protection from the bad guys, then the police do not carry or own, the Secret Service do not carry or own, the phalanx of guns are removed from around the president, first lady, and the up and coming racist brats, security and protection details around senators and representatives do not carry or own, and we simply let the guns come in through Mexico to the guys who need them for evil and keep toothless response times in the 3-10 minute arena at schools, churches, homes, gas stations, banks, abortion clinics, theaters, etc., etc., etc. If the populous cannot have guns, then no one can have guns and it is universal. If anyone can have a gun, then all can have a gun or guns.
On a personal note, I have three granddaughters, two of whom are in elementary school. I would much prefer to have a tactical response within 15-30 seconds (backed up with several 9mm 124 grain projectiles traveling the 50 feet to the bad guy at 1200 feet per second in 0.041 seconds or several .45 ACP 230 grain projectiles traveling the 50 feet to the bad guy at 900 feet per second in 0.056 seconds) delivered by an armed guard in their school. But I am one of those old farts that will relinquish his firearms only when the commies pull them from my cold dead hands.

If in fact there ever comes a unified resistance to the policies going on today? That resistance movement will be met with a crushing blow and bring about a declaration of Martial Law. Any movement that involves the net, cellular service or anything short of face to face contact will be countered with eavesdropping. 2. That leaves us with the option of 1,000's if not 10's of thousands becoming "lone wolf's" and engaging upon our resistance without support, without unity but with the unity of convictions.
If someone engages upon that effort, I'd suggest that you continue your lambasting the status quo. When you go off the radar, you become a target of a closer look. Those of us on here that state: "They'll take my gun from my cold hands" while feeling strong about their convictions (and I've said something of the same), when they stop participating in forums like this, it's a red flag to those that are monitoring sites/columns like this.
For those of you that aren't inclined to take those desperate measures? GO GAULT.
Collapse the system, by overwhelming the system.. Only then can we rebuilt it in the manner our founders envisioned.
