It would be funny if it wasn't so serious the way these leftists come up with these off the wall statistics to fit their own narrative. The latest is this claim that the federal deficit is falling at the highest percentage to GNP than at any time since WWII. That claim on face may be true but there are reasons, that being that the repetitious 1.3-1.4 trillion dollar deficits in 2010 and 2011 blew the lid off any and all budget deficit records ever run up by the federal government by…Continue

I am a native born upper middle-aged American male and offer this message to all ethnic Hispanic immigrants. Yes, I am a white conservative man and no, I do not dislike Hispanic immigrants.
I represent millions of conservative Americans who oppose a comprehensive immigration bill as promoted by the Democratic Party. We conservatives are not opposed to immigration as most of our own ancestors themselves were…Continue
When Hillary Clinton ran for the presidency in 2008, I predicted to all of my friends and associates that she would win and how she would win it. History taught her that her husband never won a national election by garnering over 50% of the vote. He won in 1992 because of a substantial third party candidate, Ross Perot, who siphoned off votes from George H.W. Bush and enabled Bill to win election with just 43% of the vote. The elder Bush had abandoned much of Ronald Reagan's…Continue
The Democratic Party has put forth a huge gamble on the 2014 elections. The Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, has run into a furor of public anger over the disaster of the healthcare.gov website and the shocking revelation to millions of Americans that they cannot keep their existing healthcare insurance and must spend much more to change to an ACA approved plan in 2014.
The government is trying to spin this fiasco by claiming that the cancelled policies were all sub-par as reason…Continue

As sure as cold weather comes as the main symptom of winter, the Democrat propaganda machine is rolling out their old trick of trying scare seniors, claiming that Social Security checks will not go out if Republicans don't give Obama a blank check on extending the nation's debt limit.
It was a very short time ago when leading Democrats like Harry Reid and Dick Durbin couldn't wait to get their mugs in front of a television camera to condemn GOP proposals to reform the Social Security…Continue
Years ago, when I spent a good portion of life as a field sales manager, I often heard from some of my reps how weak the local brand X competitor was in their area. I would always coach them to be certain and leave them a few crumbs of business on the table as we don't really want them replaced. After all, a weak player in any endeavor, whether it be business, politics, or armed conflict is always a competitor's dream.
We are now seeing this all play out on the world stage with…Continue
The news of today is being dominated by this issue before Congress on a resolution to authorize President Obama to act militarily against the Assad regime in Syria. This crisis has far reaching consequences for our national security far beyond swatting down the Syrian dictator's alleged use of chemical weapons.
It is true that the Office of the President, the overall defensive credibility of the United States, and even the entire free world (what's still free, that is) is at stake.…Continue
Throughout our great history, the success or lack thereof of political parties and particularly presidential administrations has been directly tied to the current state of economic affairs in the country. FDR was swept into office because the Great Depression hit on Herbert Hoover's watch. Ronald Reagan won nearly every state over Jimmy Carter because of an economic climate in 1980 that was the worst since the Great Depression. Bill Clinton ran a campaign on "It's the Economy Stupid" against…Continue
The Travon Martin-George Zimmerman story, sensationalized by the national media, has brought to light the deep racial divide that still exists in America. Nearly two generations after the passage of the Civil Rights Act, the country seems as divided as ever between black and white in spite of numerous federal quota laws and trillions of dollars thrown at what began as LBJ's Great Society, the war on poverty.
In one of Eric Holder's first speeches as US Attorney General, he…Continue
The Travon Martin killing was a tragic incident. Was it a deliberate murder by Zimmerman? Only those two know for sure. Based on what we know now, it appears to be a blatant case of self-defense or at minimum there is definitely reasonable doubt as to whether Zimmerman intentionally murdered the young man. The prosecutors were politically pressured to pursue this case and if they loose, they will see their careers damaged for not getting a guilty verdict. Perhaps the jury may render a…Continue

As the details of this latest scandal leaks out, most Americans haven't a clue how dangerous this state data collection is, especially those of us on the right. I find it more than alarming that this government, that claimed the war on terror was won when Bin Laden was killed and still cannot bring themselves to label the Fort Hood massacre a terrorist act, now claim they need to log the phone calls and emails of EVERY US citizen in order to keep us safe from terrorism.

With all the news being dominated by the sequester and the federal budget battles, the Benghazi scandal has left the front page, at least for now. I caught the interview featuring Utah Congressman Jason Chavetz questioning the whereabouts and State Department seclusion of the survivors of the attack on Benghazi. I send the following memo to both of my Kansas US Senators and my local Congressman:…Continue

At a White House ceremony Monday, February 11, 2013, Retired Army Sergeant Clinton Romesha was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in a presentation by President Barrack Obama.
Sergeant Romesha is well-deserving of the award for his gallantry in Afghanistan. His roll in fighting off hoards of Taliban fighters and saving his comrades' lives, as well as recovering fallen soldiers bodies, was certainly above the call of duty and he is a true American hero.
Like many of us, I was truly appalled by Hillary Clinton's disgusting performance in the Benghazi hearing. The sound bites of the myriad of Democrats using their time to embellish untold praise on Clinton as though she was an angel sent from heaven made me almost embarrassed to be an American, knowing that we have fellow citizens who would actually vote these clowns into office. Her outlandish question of "what's the difference?" is a sound bite that had best become a battle cry for…Continue
Like many of us conservatives, I am still not over the disappointment and shock of the November national election results. Never in our nation’s history has a sitting President with such a dismal first term record won re-election, and Obama won rather comfortably.
I doing some research, I have found some of the numbers, particularly in several battleground states, not only surprising but almost beyond belief. For my purposes here, I crunched some numbers in the states of Ohio,…Continue

Like many Americans of a conservative political orientation, I was shocked at what happened in the US national election. After some reflection of the results, especially in some states, we all must wonder if November 6th, 2012, was a date in which the United States of America became an official banana republic. Almost all of the ingredients needed to maintain a banana republic are now here, things that we all have said over the years could never happen in America.
First, we have a…Continue
I caught an excellent article posted online by a Michigan TV station that I had to write about. Apparently, there is a Holland, Michigan company, LG Chemical, that was started in 2010 to manufacture lithium-ion batteries for GM, who would use these in the building of Chevy Volts.
This story is truly a synopsis of what America has been like and will continue to be under an Obama administration. The company received over one hundred fifty million in stimulus money via a grant from the…Continue
I marveled last evening as I watched the second Presidential debate, particularly how Obama was seemingly prepared to deal with the Benghazi attack and US Ambassador assassination with the administration's claim that Obama himself did declare it as a terrorist attack the very next day. Obviously the Obama campaign had spent hours going over mounds of video and script in an effort to come up with something to cover his behind.
Romney missed an opportunity to further expose this breech…Continue

A new report has surfaced by the Military Voter Protection Project that absentee requests are down nationwide by a massive amount over 2008. Are we to believe that military members are not interested in this election, the most important election in their lifetimes and a critical one affecting the military itself?
Given the history of the Democratic Party in working to disallow military ballots at every turn (…Continue

A longtime ally of the United States, the State of Israel has counted on us for their very survival since their founding in the late forties and the US has always supported the Jewish country financially and militarily.
As with many other things, the election of Barrack Obama as US President in 2008 set in motion a series of events that has changed that longtime relationship to one extremely dangerous to Israel. Surrounded by Arab nations that have always hated them, the Israelis have…Continue
