This Friday Senate Bill 3217, also known as the Restoring American Financial Stability

Act of 2010, introduced by Democrat Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut,

Since the Tn Attorney General's opinion earlier this week that to pass the Tennessee Healthcare Freedom Act in order to block the federal legislation (Obamacare) just passed would be unconstitutional because of the "Supremacy Clause" in the Constitution. When I read his opinion I just couldn't believe a man in his position would say that, because the Supremacy clause only applies if a law… Continue

Well this just goes to show our AG doesn't know what he's talking about.

The "supremacy clause" is not valid if a federal law isn't one of their

17 enumerated powers. I can't believe a man in that position said this.
