Regulations on business must be cut back to the point that they are just, logical, easy to enforce and don't stop business growth. DEFICIT- SOLUTION 1- Every agency is required to spend it's quarterly budget or lose it in the next quarter. This means that if they need one pencil they'll buy a hundred just to make sure they spend their budget (wasting your monies).      Provide a license for those "adults" who want to use   "illegal drugs". POVERTY SOLUTIONS-Allow American Citizens to get a double tax credit for donating time or monies to a AAA rated charity.
