We are down to the last five days of the campaign. According to my sources in the Romney campaign, there are two crucial battles left.
They are Ohio and Virginia.…

Tonight in Orlando, 9 Republicans will face off in Orlando. It will be Romney, Perry, Bachmann, Gingrich, Cain, Paul, Huntsman, Santorum and Gary Johnson, who has not been in previous debates.
Who must win tonight? Who does the best and who do you want to see? What questions do you wish they would answer? Who isn't answering the questions.…

In 2009, the Tea Party started in response to the out of control government. It was not just the Obama regime the Tea Party rose up against. The pressure had been building for a while. The stimulus was simply the trigger.
For a bright and shining moment the Tea Party movement was unified. Then the movement…

To be honest, this one stunned me. I would not have believed it. I have to strongly disagree with her. When I was growing up in the 70's, marijuana was common, but not nearly as potent as it is today. I've worked in the criminal justice system for 22 years. I spent 10 of those years as a prosecutor and 3 of them as a drug prosecutor. Of all of the drug addicts I have met in all those years, I cannot recall a single one who didn't say they started with Marijuana.
The story…

Ending the fed is a hot button and also complicated issue as many do not understand the role of the Federal Reserve system.
There is a great idea put forth by the Tenth Amendment Center to do just this. I am a big fan of the tenth amendment and love any idea that empowers the states.

Andrew Breitbart has been nothing less than fierce in getting out in front of stories to show they did not happen or at least did not happen the way the drive by media has presented them. We are all familiar with the claims that Congressman Emanuel Cleaver was spit upon. While the drive by media dutifully reported the liberal line that the liberal congressmen has been spit on and called racist names.
Turns out, that never happened and Brietbart proved…

This isn’t over!
The party of treason won the healthcare battle last night. Even with as many as 91% of the American people opposing this, why are so many democrats interested in
committing political suicide.
The answer is, they aren’t!
Some voted for…

Citizens’ Response to Health Care Bill
Our country simply cannot afford another multi-trillion dollar unfunded liability. Obama’s health care plan will add several trillion dollars to our long term debt. We as citizens need to do whatever is necessary to pressure the federal government to abandon the program. The following is a step-by-step plan that will…

It is no secret that Tea Party Nation does not favor third parties. This is a position held not only by me, but by the TPN board of advisors. That rule is not absolute. NY 23 and the Illinois senate race are certainly exceptions.
Over the last few days, we have received a number of complaints about people on TPN about people who are promoting third parties. The complaints were not about the third parties, but that the people were being abusive to those who disagreed with…

A Cautionary tale
The last few days in the Nashville area, have featured a news story about the misfortunes of Walt Baker. He was a PR executive and the head of the Tennessee
Hospitality Association. Last
week, he forwarded an email in which he compared Michelle Obama to a chimp. I haven’t seen the email, so I’m not going…

The Medina Implosion
I am not a Texan, so Debra Medina had only recently come on my radar screen. She was running an insurgent campaign for governor and was about to do something amazing.yes""> She was within striking distance of Senator Kay Bailey
Hutchinson (RINO-TX) and had a real possibility of eliminating…

I had never heard of Captain Carl Bjork. He is an Army officer who won the silver star. He is now facing courtmartial for two counts of murder.
The insanity of this story is, the main evidence against him is being provided by two members of Al Queda in Iraq.
I am not sure when this political correct insanity started in the military but someone please explain to me why the military is even thinking about or allowing charges against decorated soldiers based ONLY on the…

This has not gotten much press, but it is a good sign. I have often said, we need to take over the GOP and make it a conservative party. We do that by getting rid of the RINOs.
Looks like it is RINO season in Utah.
Fox news has the story here.

It seems that Obama does not like democracy. Despite overwhelming opposition to his plans and his programs, he pushes forward. I suppose the good news is, it will continue to make him more unpopular. The bad news is, the damage it will cause in the meanwhile.
Even the New York Times isn't impressed.

It has long been the policy of TPN that candidates should endorse the tea party movement, not the other way around.
However, no rule is absolute and we have a common sense application of this rule on TPN. In races where there is only one credible, conservative candidate, TPN is advocating supporting that candidate. A credible candidate is not only a conservative candidate, but also a candidate that has an actual shot at winning. In cases where there are two or more credible…

The Slobbering Dog Democrats
We have yellow dog democrats and blue dog democrats and now we have a slobbering dog democrat. The slobbering is an allusion to Ivan Pavlov and his famous dog. Pavlov, for those not familiar with him, was a Russian Psychologist and is considered the father of modern conditioning. He did an experiment where he took his dog and before giving the dog a treat, he rang a bell. Pretty soon, he could just ring the bell and the dog would start…
