I am requesting that someone or a group of individuals make an appointment to visit with your County Sheriff and that you ask him or her if they will honor their oath of office and preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against unconstitutional Federal rules and regulations. I believe that with the recent assault on the Second Amendment the residents of each County should begin collecting signatures on a petition demanding that their County Sheriff refuse to enforce any new laws that infringe on the peoples right to own and bear arms.

Contrary to the notion that Supreme Court Justices are appointed for Life, the truth is that the Constitution indicates that they shall hold office during times of good behavior.
The question that needs to be asked is what constitutes bad behavior and who determines if the Justices on the Supreme Court are doing their job satisfactorily?

On January 30, 2012 over 100 County Sheriffs met in Las Vegas for the first convention of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
