I saved my dog from a shelter that was abusing him. They illegally left him in a cage for months because they felt he wasn't adoptable. This in the state of NJ is dog neglect. So finally with the pressure of dog rescuers we got little bullit out of the shelter. The high paid folks at Brookdale community college operate on a 100,000,000 million dollar budget that saw a 6 percent cut of 6 million. Yet when you do the math, the tuition needed to overcome that amount would have to be increased 8.2%. So basically $6,000,0000 is 8% or the total tuition making tuition revenue approximately 6,000,000/.08= $75,000,000.
