Reflections of a Patriot Dec 25, 2012, 8:38 am by Frank Cott
Merry Christmas Patriots.
I must say that I am fearful and sad. Fearful of our future because of the times we live in. In one of our meetings we all kept asking, "who is to blame for our political and moral decay?". Of course politicians came up as the number one problem. But here in NJ and elsewhere, it really boils down to the electorate. Dr. Benjamin Franklin was asked about the…Continue

I saved my dog from a shelter that was abusing him. They illegally left him in a cage for months because they felt he wasn't adoptable. This in the state of NJ is dog neglect. So finally with the pressure of dog rescuers we got little bullit out of the shelter. We could not get a prosecutor nor get access to a grand jury to investigate this city run shelter, welcome to government corruption. Now today Saturday Sept 1 I go to my brothers and I take little bullit because he cannot be home too…Continue
Most of us are outraged at the recent April shooting of pigs forced by Michigan state officials. This is an all out assault on our property rights. The information presented here is very disturbing. This should be top news like the Trevon Martin case only this time our side of the story won't be corrupted by media lies. Please do your best to put support on Michigan officials for this outrage.
Folks, this is the issue of national importants. Here is the website for the farmer who was…Continue

I went to the Bayshore meeting for vetting of the LD 13 candidates and Amy Handlin was there presenting to the BTPG assembly bill 3839.
Now check this:
Ms Handlin, told us that since Obama Care will be kicking in that the states will be forced to pay for more medicare patients and that we tax payers are going to pay; thus erosion of the middle class continues. She then discussed the formation of a panel that has representation from different race of folks, that will decided on…Continue
Folks here in NJ we have spent much time on congressional and statewide elections. Last year we all worked very hard for Anna Little and we were beaten by Pallone.Mr. Pallone has been very quiet lately but this gave the DNC a heads up and I am sure the Dems in NJ and nationally are planning their strategy.
Our own governor many believe to be an outstanding man but he has stopped short of some major reforms. The governor has been reached out by me and others and he was told that the…Continue

Have you heard the saying "what is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results."
Well isn't that what we are doing in regards to getting politicians elected. Here in NJ we just saw what most of us expected, the democrats got their map approved again. We saw the RINO luke warm weak republicans lose. We are having a tea party convention April 16th with no promises from the GOP. That means no promises to end…Continue
The high paid folks at Brookdale community college operate on a 100,000,000 million dollar budget that saw a 6 percent cut of 6 million. Yet when you do the math, the tuition needed to overcome that amount would have to be increased 8.2%. So basically $6,000,0000 is 8% or the total tuition making tuition revenue approximately 6,000,000/.08= $75,000,000. So what the high paid folks at Brookdale are telling us is that their intake of $175,000,000 minimum isn’t cutting it?
Well why is that?…

Just this past week it was reported 1 NJ State Senator Steve Sweeney boldly told the citizens of NJ that if the economy doesn’t improve dramatically, towns will take in less taxes resulting in ignoring the badly needed 2% tax cap placed on local government. In other words Sweeney want to raise your taxes again (30% in 5 years is not enough) because demented Mr. Sweeney feels towns and local government have more of a right to continue than you the citizen has to survive. Sweeney…Continue

I have come to a point in my life where I am very concerned, angry and even scared at what our local, state and federal government is doing to the people. The constitution is our "law of the land" where no man can change our rights, God given, or just given. But our government recently pushed a socialistic form of national healthcare on the people and this was aided by the many masses of ignorant voters that support whatever their democratic affiliated politicians desires.…Continue
Gee what happened when our state legislators tried to reform our burdening property tax in 2006? Nothing, well, not really nothing, you see our taxes went up even higher. Town officials are giving themselves
raises, paying large retirement packages to education superintendents,
and getting all the overtime they can late in their careers to boost
their pension. Then in 2006 we get a group of politicians to…

We need to make politicians and those with the power to spend tax dollars, a fiduciary of the voters. A fiduciary must act with the best interest for the voters and must never be in a situation of conflict of interest. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiduciary#endnote_keech2 . A fiduciary cannot profit from their position.
Although we have laws and code of ethics, we see…Continue

As many of you know, I ran for Sheriff as a Constitution Party Candidate but recently dropped out. I went around to the various tea party groups teaching them about this office and was amazed that only a few people in NJ were aware of the Sheriff Office duties.
The Office of the sheriff has no supervisor, not even the governor, and is not a department, but it’s own office . The sheriff is elected by the people, yet the people never see their sheriff unless they lose a
home to a…

Please take the time to be inspired. If we are to succeed, be aware of these issues and keep them close to your heart, for thus you will be strengthened and succeed in "saving our nation". You don't have to
wonder where all the heros went of the past, be one today, get inspired,
get tough and get going, work for the cause like there is no tomorrow.

I have been involved in tea party issues for over a decade with the Heritage Foundation, Citizens for Justice, AFA, ADF etc and I must say I am disappointed in the fact that we are not getting to the next level.
We had meetings the past few months all by the same folks and I didn't
learn anything but I went to support my associate tea party groups here
in NJ. What I did like was the hardwork by the local tea party groups
getting Anna Little in and the amazing effort by…

For years I have seen liberal (not your grandfather's type democrat) democrats push all kinds of progressive policies that whether you like it or not, aren't very American. For example when Clinton was in office
he went over to China and for millions of dollars, he gave China some
key tecnological information.
Many of our problems in the U.S. are due to liberal executive orders that have not been challenged by republican or democratic congress. Clinton also siged…Continue

WARNING, THIS IS HARDCORE
Folks, it's WACO and murdering Americans all over again. It is time to take the election of our conservative members seriously. While Mr. Obama allows millions of oil to leak in the Gulf (because of his
incompetent circle of comrades, and his policy of letting terrorists go
uncheck with 3 close calls, we Americans are not put on terrorists lists
further enabling him to socialize this country. December 2009 Federal
officials identified him…

Wouldn't it be great to have the power to remove politicians that violate the publics' trust? We need to make politicians and those with the power to spend tax dollars, a fiduciary of the voters.
