Pelosi and Democrats Move to Change First Amendment

Ms. Pelosi said, “Our Founders had an idea. It was called democracy. It said elections are determined by the people, the voice and the vote of the people, not by the bankrolls of the privileged few.

Excuse me, Ms. Pelosi, I know you were the former speaker of the house, just wanted to remind you we are a "Constitutional Republic" not a "mobocracy" where 50% +1 rule over the rest and take all their rights and…

I found this Associated Press photo to be a very interesting contrast in attitude (here is a link to a related article).  I’m not really sure who the man on the left is…

Cannibalism

I've said before, that we could come to a time in this country when the global economy collapses ours, there's famine, and we eventually actually see cannibalism.

Of course my friends and family thought I was nuts for saying it. "It cant happen here", right?

But remember, so many of our current population are, as Ayn Rand put it "looters and moochers", willing to feed off the lives and livelihoods of the producers. But literally?

"They‘re devouring…

Glenn Beck's take on the Occupy Wall Street movement

Those of you who haven't yet subscribed to Glenn Beck's new channel - GBTV, are really missing out on some vital information. In fact with the mainstream media essentially being in the pocket of the socialist anti-capitalist crowd who are running the OWS show, I'd say most Americans are probably walking around totally clueless about what's really going on behind the scenes and where it's heading. I highly recommend that you subscribe to GBTV and keep up with this,…

A capitalist’s response to Occupy Wall Street’s demands

INVESTIGATE, ARREST AND TRY THE WALL STREET CRIMINALS

A very good idea.  And how about those who are tied to their hip in Washington too?  Or is this an inconvenient fact statist simply do not care to notice?

CONGRESS ENACT LEGISLATION TO PROTECT OUR…

A Letter I Wrote to a Liberal I Know

Hi XXXX. I saw this post:

XXXXXXX writes:

Sad, but true. If corporations were not so greedy and actually used their resources-profits to help fight poverty and unemployment, then the United States would be utopia for workers and businesspeople alike.

And I wanted to talk to you about it. You know I respect what you say - this is America!  I just wanted to tell you where I think there are some flaws in that post by that Chris Hedges…

WSJ on Gov Sarah Palin: Sound Political & Economic Instincts, Sophisticated Knowledge of Monetary Policy...This Side of Rep Paul Ryan

It would be hard to find two more unlikely intellectual comrades than Robert Zoellick, the World Bank technocrat, and Sarah Palin, the populist conservative politician. But in separate…

Obama urges Congress to pass Wall Street reforms; How about reform in Washington?

Once again the headline news is comical. Obama urges Congress to pass Wall Street reforms. How about reform in Washington.

More times than not people will point the finger at others when they have the worse problems themselves. Whether you believe in the bible or not, there is a great parable we all need to understand. It goes

something like this:

Jesus said, “Someone who is blind cannot lead another who is blind, can he? Won’t they both fall into…
