Join your local political precinct, and encourage your friends and neighbors to become committee people. Power begins in the precincts. This is how Obama did it.

Okay, Judson Phillips and I have given you all a simple plan, again, which breaks down to: Continue
1. Become a "voting member" of the Republican Party -- a precinct committeeman, so we can take over the party (half of these positions, on average, nationwide are vacant). These are the "neighborhood" positions -- you help Get Out The Vote and you can vote to elect better leaders inside the party at the local, county, state and RNC levels, directly or indirectly. Again, do the math: HALF…

I come to Tea Party Nation just about every day and see comment after blog post after comment after blog post about this, that and the other thing about Republican Party politics. Continue
And what I just about never see, in the sig lines of the contributors at Tea Party Nation, including the moderators/editors, is information relating to their participation in the Republican Party itself.
Me? I'm an elected precinct committeeman in Arizona's no. 918 precinct. And an elected…

The Constitution begins with "We the People." "We the People" ordained the Constitution and "We the People" must enforce it. If "We the People" do not act to enforce it, it will be ignored by the people we elect -- as it has been. Continue
How best do "We the Conservative People" force our elected public servants to follow the Constitution? By organizing locally in our respective communities inside the Republican Party as precinct…

I came up with an idea to counter the media's portrayal of the tea partiers and other grass roots conservatives as being nothing more than a mob of unsophisticated, disorganized complainers. Why not wear buttons with two letter codes on them, provided you qualify? I created some badges using an Avery template and those little clear plastic conference badge holders. And then I wore them at the April 15, 2011 "Feet to the Fire" rally (sponsored by Americans for Prosperity) at the Arizona… Continue

Our AZ GOP chairman forwarded this to some of us this morning:
Biting the bullet---cutting expenses. I HOPE YOU WILL PARTICIPATE, AND DO YOUR PART! Continue
The President ordered the cabinet to cut a whopping $100 million from the $3.5 trillion federal budget!
I'm so impressed by this sacrifice that I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. I spend about $2000 a month on groceries, household expenses, medicine, utilities, etc,…

Many continue to shake their heads at John Boehner and Eric Cantor as we witness the current budget battle in the US House of Representatives.
Many of us are very angry that our House leaders are not delivering on their $100 billion in budget cuts and we've seen the negotiations fall from $100 billion in cuts to $61 billion to $30 billion in cuts for the rest of 2011.
We are told that the real battle will occur over the… Continue

Ron Robinson is author/founder of PROCINCT.net, the online app that broke the PDI/VoterVault monopoly for your precinct walk lists and is a GOP precinct committeeman/state delegate in California.)
Rushing past us now like the windows of a fast train are the precinct, county and state caucuses/conventions where the GOP leaders for the next 2 years are chosen. If it's your intent to change the direction of the GOP, you need to get involved… Continue

Do you recall the last time that you voted for who your GOP county chair - or state chair for that matter - would be?
You don't? You weren't asked? It wasn't on your ballot? You didn't know when the election was?
That's because local party officers who serve your county and state parties are not on your general or primary ballot. The folks who elect your local GOP… Continue

It's been said many times in many places: becoming a precinct committeeman makes you the most powerful public official in the nation. Why? Because it's mostly precinct committeemen who choose sounty and state party chairs, party candidates and delegates to state parties, the RNC and the presidential nominating convention.
If you are not a precinct committeeman, you are leaving your party ungoverned! Beleive it or not, most precinct committeeman seat in our country are unoccupied -… Continue

Many of you may have heard about the Precinct Committeman project
where we encourage patriots to get involved with their local parties and actually *govern* their parties from the inside.
Of course, the theory is that many of us will be drafted upward to state and even RNC
service where we can exert real influence and finally have the party we desire.
But in the next few days and weeks, there is an… Continue

We all have someone we wish we could have walked that last mile with. Here's your chance.
On June 22, 2009 at 9AM in Southold, NY, filmmaker Matthew Perdie began his walk across America, carrying a large American flag. Protesting big government (especially the spending part), Matthew’s journey is ending on July 4 in Santa Monica at 5pm.
He will walk the final yards across the beach and plant his flag in the West Coast Pacific surf. Just google ‘Matthew Perdie’ to see how… Continue

Click on the image to see the extent of this vandalism in all it's gooey glory. Of course, when you are a registered Democrat who puts a Republican's yard sign in your yard, it elevates the misdemeanor to a felony and thus requires a response in kind. Yes, that's heavy, heavy construction glue that was used to glue the yard sign to the garage door. Congressman Adam Schiff… Continue

If I were to sum up President Obama's administration so far in only two words, I would call it 're-distributive misery'.
While listening to Kyl's story of Obama telling him that he would take no action to defend our borders until/unless Republicans help him pass comprehensive immigration reform in Congress, we learn that Labor Secretary Solis is inviting illegals to turn in employers who are not paying them enough. We already know here in LA that the Mexican… Continue
