I have, for some time, questioned whether I would ever come across someone who’s arrogance could rise above that of Obama.

After watching last Thursday night’s Vice Presidential debate, I no longer have that question.

Personally I voted for Ron Paul in the primary, though I have not really seen that he actually accomplished much of anything while in office. It is rather common with primary elections for a lot of people to be disappointed. We need to learn to handle disappointment like any other appointment.

After today's vote (March 10), baring a cataclysmic change in the principles of mathematics, there are just not enough delegates left for any candidate but Romney to win the GOP nomination. Given the minimal amount of time Ron Paul was allowed to speak during Thursday night's CNN debate he really outperformed with substantive answers, hard truths and simple facts. In fact, he was the only one on the stage that spoke directly to the questions, decisively, coherently, without ambiguity. There was no dancing around the issues with insulting rhetoric or machination. He has been on the same message for quite awhile.
