Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner recently sided with Obama, showing his trust in the president when the president called Edward Snowden a traitor. In calling Snowden a traitor himself, Boehner cited the President’s assurances as part of his reasoning. But why should we be surprised? We’ve seen Boehner engineer one continuing resolution after another in support of Obama and his army of bureaucrats. He clearly thinks we should trust Obama, despite the fact that Obama’s National…Continue

People and things are defined, not by what they say, but rather by what they do. Nowhere is that more evident than it is in politics. At present, as we all know, there are a multitude of organizations, “think tanks” (wherever did that term come from?) and people in the public eye claiming to be “conservatives”.
But are they what they claim to be?
For instance, and in my view, most glaring is a single omission. That’s right, “omission”. It’s not a statement, but rather a…Continue

Budget: Over a hundred jobs are at Homeland Security, which is letting criminal aliens go despite billions unspent from last fiscal year, with hundreds more jobs available at an Interior Department that warns of park closings.
'We're doing our very best to minimize the impacts of sequester. But…Continue

Supposedly our elected representatives in the US Congress are accountable to us. In the case of House members, that’s every two years when they run for re-election. In the instance of Senators, they become accountable every six years.
That’s nowhere near enough accountability. Two centuries ago that was okay. Today it is unacceptable. Things happen too fast.
When we elect these people to office, they are sent to Washington to do a job for us. …Continue

Imagine this scenario:

The 2016 Elections is off to a early start. Some people feel that the building block for the Tea Party Independent Forum within the Independent Voting Floor will separate the power of the Republican Party. I am sorry but this is not true. The Foundation of this forum is to bring in new officials as well as a Independent Tea Party Officials. As States move to file for Independence and to form their own Government, this is by all mean a mistake, The Separation of the States will break the…Continue
We have a president who has told us that he’s a progressive socialist. He has all along used his office and his cabinet illegally and it is likely, if not certain, that he is not a natural-born US citizen. He has told us that it’s his intention to ignore the second amendment, to disarm the military, enter us into economy-killing treaties and refuses to terminate a Secretary of State who has shown herself to be utterly unqualified for the position, even unto the deaths of several Americans as…Continue
Budget Policy: Even if we don't raise the debt ceiling, enough revenue will still come in to the Treasury to pay our interest, our bonds and essential services. The government will not shut down— only its ability to borrow.
Like the fiscal cliff, the dangers of hitting the debt…Continue
