Tennessee might use outside lawyer to sue over insurance mandate

Since the Tn Attorney General's opinion earlier this week that to pass the Tennessee Healthcare Freedom Act in order to block the federal legislation (Obamacare) just passed would be unconstitutional because of the "Supremacy Clause" in the Constitution.
