Funding al Qaeda Violates the NDAA – Arrest Obama

In a recent article, Be Careful What You Wish For, I outlined the administration's "secret" financing of al Qaeda in Syria. What is the penalty for aiding terrorists if you are a US citizen under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)? This legislation…

The Taxation That Our Founders Hated!
In light of all the distortions and half-truths that are constantly repeated, let’s be clear –what sparked the ire of our founders was not taxes; it was tyranny. Their theme was not simply Taxed Enough Already – it was Tyrannized Enough Already. Their tolerance for tyranny was taxed to the max – that’s the taxation the founders could no longer take.
The original tea party was not just about money and the driving force toward American independence was not simply taxation. At the…

Exclusive: Secret Group Helping Obama Destroy the Constitution
On March 2, 2012 I gave a legal analysis of HR347/S1794 (which included some links to frightening government abuses) and how it unquestionably violates the First Amendment. Upon hearing numerous reports the following week, I realized that the people are not getting the whole truth.
For those who have not read my blog, please do so, but here is a brief summary. …

To Detain or Not To Detain, That Is The Congressional Question
Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has caused a great deal of controversy. Congressmen all over the nation have defended their vote in favor of these sections in spite of the criticism that these sections allow the President to detain US Citizens indefinitely. These Congressmen have said over and over again, with great vigor, that these sections specifically exclude US Citizens. They justify their position by quoting language from these sections that…

Be Prepared
As a young man I joined the Boy Scouts. The scout motto has stayed with me my entire life: Be Prepared. Never in my six decades has this value of preparedness ever been more relevant and urgent than in these the days of Barack Hussein Obama.
It would be foolish to blame Obama alone for the ills that face our nation. He is merely the tip of the iceberg, the manifested logical…

Enemy Expatriation Act~ No Citizenship, No Constitutional Rights
At the risk of sounding like an alarmist, again, here comes another dangerous tool aimed at avoiding Constitutional restrictions in the name of fighting terrorism. It is clear that our Congressmen believe that the pesky Constitution severely limits them in their noble efforts to keep us poor defenseless little citizens safe. Members of Congress vehemently defended their vote for NDAA by stating that…

Another Consequence of the NDAA - Soldiers in imminent danger are now paid only for days actually spent in hazardous areas

The National Defense Authorization Act's latest consequence is the "modification" of the conditions for receiving imminent danger pay. How much money will this save the government? No figures have been released but the cost to the moral of our soldiers fighting and dying on the front lines is immeasurable.…

NDAA FOLLOW-UP AND FURTHER TREASONOUS ACTS
Allow me to draw your attention to a very relevant article that was just posted on the Oath Keepers website. Oath Keepers are current and former military, law enforcement, reserves, national guard, firefighters and "just plain citizens" who either have or are willing to take an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God". Members of this group pledge that,…

President Obama has sign the NDAA into law today (December 31, 2011). His reasons for signing this legislation after pledging to veto it are given below. He does state:
Moreover, I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American…

Musings from the Police State
The new spending bill passed by Congress has a provision to defund enforcement of the incandescent light bulb until October 1, 2012. This is being hailed as a victory for the Republican party. As usual, I have some questions concerning this "victory".
