US Congress paves the way for more foreign workers to enter the country when that is the last thing we need!
HR 3012 passed the House of Representatives on Nov. 29th with a resounding majority, but you didn't see any headlines on it. Why? Don't they want you to know what they just did? With as difficult a time as I had finding the text of the bill, I wonder if perhaps they might have been hiding that as well. For the benefit of the doubt, I will write that off to my possible inexperience in gleaning hard-to-find information from the congressional websites.
This bill makes it easier for…

Obama – Democrats and Liberal News Media in Shock
by little tboca
There’s been a series of Obama mishaps that just keep blasting the Democrats and Liberal News Media in the face since 2009; they’re definitely showing signs of fatigue and shell shock. The Democrats up for reelection in 2012 are putting some distance between themselves and Obama. For…

A Tale of Two Housing Markets
The following articles tell a tale of two housing markets. Reuters is reporting good news as new homes sales rose 1.3% in October. The report speculates that this can be seen as a bottoming out of the housing market. The second article outlines a different picture as the price of new homes has lost all gains since 2003. The graph below shows the sales of new homes in a different way than what is being reported:

I would like to also propose…

Children learn what they live. Our parents and grandparents have told us how it was for them, growing up faced with difficult issues during the Great Depression and World War II, and how their generation often rose to the occasion – and this ethic, this expectation gave them strength as individuals and cohesiveness as a community. On the other hand, generations that have grown up with conditions of excessive government spending on social programs developed expectations to continue those…

Is this a great country, or what?
You can actually get a job protesting capitalism.
You can kill babies, legally.
An illegal alien can become President of the United States.
A President can write new laws all by himself.
We don't mind if other countries' criminals use our own guns to kill us.
We'll spend money we don't have to bail out countries that don't like us.
We'll go to war to fight for the freedom of people we don't trust.
We'll go deep into debt so a few special…

Who are those in the "Occupy Wall Street" fiasco?
As we see those who are attemping to identify that the "Occupy Wall Street" ideologes are advancing this nation--we who are Americans must refute this insanity.
In a nation on a spiral of adapting the “ten ways to destroy a capitalist, Christian nation” from the demented mind of “Antonio Gramsci” we find the epitome of the results—the illiterate; in politics, economics, and history, both of this nation and the…

Super Committee Democrats Refuse to Negotiate
By Alan Caruba
In the movie, “Cool Hand Luke” the warden of a prison camp utters the now famous line, “What we have here is a failure to communicate.” The decision of the Democratic members of the Congressional Super Committee to refuse further discussion of revenue issues is a failure to negotiate.
I have a friend, Jim Camp, who is one of the world’s authorities on negotiation, a coach to international corporations and others that engage in multi-million dollar deals requiring…
