The U.S. Supreme court has delivered a death blow to freedom loving people.
By a five to four decision the court essentially deemed the "obamacare' law constitutional.
The five justices upholding the law were over medicated or forgot to take their meds.
The mandate, in the law, forcing everyone to buy Obamacare was declared unconstitutional, but the penalty for not buying Obamacare was declared constitutional as a tax. What???? So if you don't buy Obamacare you get taxed…Continue

The Supreme Court decision on Obamacare confirmed that lies have triumphed over the Constitution.
It also is a reminder that the Supreme Court is a political entity and a human one. Only the Justices who dissented from the majority decision on Obamacare were willing to take the heat. The…Continue

So, the health care debate comes down to this: the Federal government, our Lord and Master can do anything it wants to us as "free" individuals, despite our God given unalienable rights. It's not about liberty, it's about finding a justifiable rationale.
Well, they can't do that which is an unconscionable assault on liberty under the Commerce clause, nor can an unconscionable assault on liberty be justified under the Necessary and Proper clause, but in the name of Taxation, there…

Well, the federal government has never in it's history forced an individual to purchase anything from a private source. Your government now says it has the power to force you to buy what they want you to buy! You got a chief justice that thinks it's in the realm of what the Founders had in mind when they wrote the constitution, that the "necessary evil" would have the authority to make you spend money on a service that you might not want. Even though there is no precedent whatsoever, Roberts…Continue

Thursday, June 28th, 2012 ... A Date Which Will Live in Infamy ... is the date that will be remembered as the Day the federal government made OFFICIAL its declaration of WAR upon the Citizens and States of the united States of America. Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Ginsburg, Kagen, Sotomayor and Breyer today committed TREASON against the People and States of our republic.
Folks, our Founders gave us the Rule of Law, along with lawful power held in the States and in our…Continue

The Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government can force us to buy healthcare. Once the government can dictate how we spend our money, we have lost our individual freedom. Although there will be endless discussions and debate on this ruling, the decision is clear: our Liberty has been usurped. Will this become the starting point for a Revolution to…Continue

Today marks one of the most important judgments of our lifetime as the Supreme Court releases its decision on Obamacare—or the Patient Protection Act—and we’re told whether or not we will be able to purchase as a free nation or the government will decide how we spend our money. The danger in the mandate, simply stated, "Should the justice's side with Obama, we will no longer have a say in how we spend our hard-earned dollars." Many have wondered whether the court will uphold the law and how…Continue

I'm upper middle-aged and never in my lifetime have we faced a national election whose outcome will be so critical to the future of the country. It's beyond me how anyone could possibly say they see no difference in the two parties. Should the GOP, hopefully comprised mostly of conservatives, take control of the Federal government, the socialist movement of the Obama/Pelosi/Reid cartel will be set back a generation. Because power in government is everything to these socialists, we should…Continue

Sometimes there are just people who, if you can't say anything nice about them - you stillhave to say something. See something, say something - remember that one?
Maxine Waters is at it again. She served as the Keynote speaker at the House District 7 Democratic Unity Dinner in Denver last night. That was the best they could find? What? Was any Democrat with an IQ at or above the mean temperature in Barrow, Alaska unavailable? Boy, talk about…Continue

The Democrats are running around personally insulting every conservative women from Condoleezza Rice to Sarah Palin to Mrs. Romney, all the time assuring us that they are the "historic" supporters of Women's Rights.
Well, Dennis Prager, in his new book "Still the Best Hope: Why the World Needs American Values to Triumph," has something to say about this subject in Chapter…
As this is being written, it is the Wednesday prior to the announcement of the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the fate of Obamacare. If SCOTUS upholds it, it will condemn Americans to having bureaucrats deny medical care to some because of their age and others to die while waiting for…Continue

MORGANTON, NC-- Congressional candidate Vance Patterson, running in Western North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District, issued the following statement today following the United States Supreme Court’s ruling on the constitutionality of a controversial and far reaching law passed in the state to curb the effects of illegal immigration. Seems there is no end to the birth and eventual death of liberal myths that the left would have us believe as hard cold facts. Wrapped in the usual hyperbole and tinged with a whiff of desperation the left works overtime to make their view of the world the only view anyone with two working…
