Do you know of anyone that executes the wishes of
someone's will and if they use this position of power for personal gain,
they are breaking the law by violating "fiduciary responsibilities".
Well why don't we start coming up with a list of fiduciary
responsibilities for our elected officials. I ran this by my assembly
