“I talked to Mr. Dennison, writer of the SCOTUS blog. I called his cell number 301-512-4731.

He was correct in stating that SCOTUS only denied the STAY as Obama was already sworn in, SCOTUS never commented on the merits of the case, never stated that Obama’s papers are valid.

I asked, why did they sent 5 packets back. He said that they only need the decision of 4 justices to go to the next stage of oral argument. I responded that this looks even more corrupt and treasonous, it means that they sent the remaining packets to 4 liberal justices and 5 conservative justices never saw the papers. He stated that if I feel that the high treason was committed, I should file a complaint with the Justice department. I responded that the Justice department is complicit. I forwarded all the info to Holder and he never responded. I told him that in NAZI Germany they also had a Justice Department, Supreme Court, Parliament and judges, none of whom found one single action by Adolf Hitler to be unconstitutional and that is what we have now in the U.S. He said that he knows, that he is old enough to know what happened in Germany, but he can’t talk further.”
Orly Taitz had sent nine boxes of evidence to the Supreme Court, and five were sent back to her. Obviously the only four Justices that got the evidence were those the clerks assumed were on Obama’s side.

Thank you for the friend's request.  Yes, SLO is a great place.  I had the good fortune to get to grow up there.  I live in a rural area not far from there now.  Klamath Falls is a beautiful area too. 

Keep up the good fight. I truly think that we are making an impact.

I am so sorry! I copied this from someone who has always been meticulous in their research so I did not bother to double check it! Supreme Court refuses to hear Obama eligibility challenge

Once again, the U.S. Supreme Court wimped out on the American people, refusing to hear an appeal challenging Skippy’s eligibility.

The Associated Press reports June 11, 2012, that the Supreme Court on Monday (June 11), without comment, refused to hear an appeal from plaintiffs Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake, and Markham Robinson.

We really shouldn’t be surprised by SCOTUS once again wimping out. A year before Breyer made that sheepish admission, conservative Justice Clarence Thomas had already telegraphed that the Supreme Court is deliberately evading Obama’s birth eligibility issue due to internal divisions.

Mitt Romney is a natural born citizen.  It matters not one whit WHERE one is born or where one's grandparents were born.  What matters is the citizenship status of one's parents at the time one is born.  Mitt's parents were U.S. citizens when he was born.  So he is a NBC.

Do not confuse people and turn them against our best chance of defeating zero by bringing up NON-issues.

I just don't have time to address - again - the quo warranto issue.  I have more pressing things to address.  Do not tilt at windmills.  Romney will probably be zero's opponent in the general election. So support Romney.

It has been very sad to hear the media describe Santorum and Gingrich as conservatives.  They are not!   But the media has - again - deceived many people.  Santorum is only socially conservative - he is otherwise a big government guy - like Gingrich - and is committed to destroying the enumerated powers aspect of our Constitution by passing the Balanced Budget Amendment. 

I expect Mitt is the most fiscally conservative of them all.  He is a faithful husband and a good father.  He is very competent.  And he is the only candidate whom I never heard butcher the Constitution.  In fact, he seems to be the only one who understands the concept of "federalism".

I have written somewhere on the Quo Warranto issue, but can't recall where it is and don't have time to look for it.

Bottom line is that we have lost in every court which has looked at zero's qualifications for office.  Apparently, the courts have decided that this is a political issue, not a legal issue.  The U.S. supreme Court has REFUSED to look at this.

So I expect we are wasting our time looking for remedies from the Courts. 

This is a political problem.  The remedies for political problems are for Congress to impeach & remove zero; for us to defeat him in the next election; and for the Sovereign States to nullify everything zero does which affects them or their People.

About vetting Romney?  I don't know that anything is hidden.  I always thought he was the most transparently honest and intelligent & sensible of all the candidates for the Republican nomination.
